Supergiant Games brings back one of the best roguelikes inHades 2. Like its predecessor, the game also revolves around unlocking and collecting resources, which is more prominent in RPGs, but they mixed it in perfectly on their roguelike hit.
One of the earliest resources you might have problems finding would be the Fate Fabric because you can easily unlock certain recipes that require reagents or resources that you haven’t encountered yet. Naturally, you’ll eventually find all the resources you need. But if you want to cut corners, here’s the best way to get Fate Fabrics and where to use them.

Hades 2 is in Early Access. Everything written below could be subject to change in future patches of the game.
Where To Get Fate Fabrics
The earliest wayyou can get Fate Fabrics is through the Broker, essentially one of the first shops where you may buy and exchange items in the game. Interact with the Broker, and they will immediately sell three types of reagents –Ashes, Psyche, and Fate Fabric.
These reagents require Bones for the trades, which you’re able to find all over Erebus, the earliest area in the game.Given how the game works, you’ll continuously go through Erebus when you restart your runs.

Bones are randomly given as a reward when progressing through Erebus, andonce you get to the end, you’ll have tofight Headmistress Hecateas a test to dive deeper. If you want some quick Bones farm strategy, you shouldspeedrun through Erebus and restart or lose to Headmistress Hecate, so you can start your run again;each Fate Fabric costs 60 Bones,so if you need several of them you should start stockpiling.
Another way to get Fate Fabric is through theGold Rewards or Charon’s Stash; after meeting the merchant Charon in your playthrough, you’ll eventually unlock Obol Points, a black card with a little gold star in the middle. You get an Obol Point byspending 1,000 gold on Charon’s items, and after unlocking the first Obol Point, you’ll see a tiny box near the Broker.

You don’t have to spend 1,000 gold in one run. This is calculated cumulatively, so you just have to keep playing and spending gold every time you get a chance to meet Charon.
you may spend your Obol Points here tobuy resources in bulk, and buying Fate Fabrics will cost a minimum of three Obol Points. On the bright side, you’ll get ten Fate Fabrics from this trade.
What Are Fate Fabrics Used For?
Fate Fabrics are used for multiple things, such as Shadow crafting and Incantations, but perhapssome of its earliest and most important uses are to craft Shadow Extraction and the Fishing Rod gathering tool. You need at least three Fate Fabrics for each Shadow craft and at least one for crafting the Fishing Rod.
Initially, you want at least four Fate Fabrics to get these important materials and toolsimmediately to jump-start your progression, and you can later focus on other materials as you progress through the story, but most of the Fate Fabrics usage will come fromShadow crafts and major Incantation recipes.
