Another Crab’s Treasureis not an easy game, and to survive, you need to absorb the mechanics of the game and utilize them to the best of your ability. Equipping yourself effectively with shells, adaptations, and stowaways is essential to challenge the challenging enemies and bosses. There are four stats in the game: Attack, Resistance, Vitality, and MSG.
You alsodevelop these stats using microplastics. Improving your Vitality stat is crucial for surviving longer, but you can also increase your health by collecting Bloodstar Limbs. With this guide, you’ll easily find them.
What Are Bloodstar Limbs Used For?
Bloodstar Limbs are collectible items found throughout various locations in the game.They appear as a blue shimmerfrom afar, making them easily noticeable. However, since some of themmay be inside oysters, this may not apply to all of them.
Collecting five Bloodstar Limbsincreases your Vitality stat(your maximum HP). There are a total of 25 Bloodstar Limbs in the game, and if you want to invest in stats other than Vitality or if you want to make this stat even more effective and avoid dying easily, it’s a good idea to find all the Bloodstar Limbs.
Moon Snail Shell You Should Start From
Central Shallows
Head southeast. You will see a small sand tower withcrabs spinning around it.As you approach, Verne will ask for your help.Kill all the crabs, and Verne will gratefully reward you with a Bloodstar Limb.
Go south, and between two hills, you’llsee a red flip-flop. Approach the blue shimmer on thesteps of the hill on the west side, and when you collect it, the Bloodstar Limb will be yours.
Gowest of the fast travel pointand climb to the top of the rock formation you see. Then jump onto the rock with a bottle on top to the north. If you continuejumping on the rocks to the north, you’ll see the blue shimmer on the last rock, which is the Bloodstar Limb.
Moon Snail’s Cave
While heading to the Moon Snail, you can find thisbefore battling the Mini-bossnamed Polluted Platoon Pathfinder. You will find itnext to a plastic bottle. You will see it right before entering the area where you fight the Mini-boss.
Go south and climb the hill to theeast where the red flip-flop is located.When you look south from the top of the hill, you’llsee a hook. Jump towards it and grab it, then follow the other hooks to the west toreach a high area.There will be royal guards here. Defeat the royal guards and enter the castle from the west entrance.
There will be a pink comb and two ketchup packets in front of the entrance. Defeat the crabs inside the castle andclimb the blue fishnet. When you climb up,look northeastand you’ll see another hook. Use it to jump to the opposite walls. Then, when you look back at that hook, you’llsee the entrance to the tower.
Jump back to the previous hook and enter the tower. When you reach the top of the tower, you’ll find an oyster. Open it to obtain this Bloodstar Limb.
Duchess' Chambers
Head south and reach the corridor. Enter through the door to theeast of the two purple sea urchins. After passing through the door, you’ll see stairs going up on your left. Climb the stairs and enter through the door on your right.
You’ll see a fishnet and a hook above you straight ahead, reach there. Then, you’llsee a red fishnet to the north above you. Reach there as well and open the oyster to obtain the Bloodstar Limb.
Lower Crust
You can buy a total of three Bloodstar Limbsfrom the Prawn Shoplocated north of Lower Crust. However, each time you purchase one, their price will increase:

The Prawn Shop’s Bloodstar Limbstocks will not be replenished, so you can only buy a total of three.
Central Vista
Jump down from the height where the fast travel point is located andhead south.Pass through the seaweed and continue south. When you reach the mossy and fenced small area, head west.Among the mossy rocks, you’ll see the blue glimmer of this Bloodstar Limb.
Jump down from the west side of the fast travel point. Proceed westward.Pass the lone massive chainand continue heading west. Eventually, you’ll reach a fenced and rocky area. From here, take the wall to your right and head south.
You’ll see a crab standing on a rock, as if preaching, and a few crabs facing it.Behind the crab wearing a valve shellon its back, you’ll spot the Bloodstar Limb.
Flotsam Runoff
Go to thewest of the fast travel point.After a considerable distance, you’llsee a robot craband a crane arm. Jump down from here. Inside thebuilding with the pink roof, you’ll find the Bloodstar Limb.
Secluded Ridge
Headnorth to the Secluded Ridgefast travel point. Once you’ve gone far enough north, you’llsee two hammer-wielding lobstersin the area below. Defeat them to obtain this limb.
If you haven’t unlocked the Secluded Ridge fast travel point, you can also reach this area byheading east from Central Vista.
You need tohave the Electrocute adaptationto obtain this Bloodstar Limb.
Activate the robot crab locatedeast of the fast travel nodewith Electrocute. This will activate the crane arm.Jump onto the moving platformand cross to the other side. Head north and reach the next area over the stone pillar. Then, jump to the section where the seahorse is located ahead. Defeat thelarge lobster at the top of the rampto obtain the Limb.
Village Gates
To obtain this Bloodstar Limb easily, you canopen the shortcut leading to the villagelocated east of the boat where you fought Heikea.
Proceed to the village’s entrance with the shortcut andpass through the green milk carton box.Then, turn right and cling to the wall, moving eastward. Next, you will see a horizontal bluemilk carton box with a fishneton it; climb using it. When you look through the window of the upper milk carton box, you will see the blue shimmer of the item.
Grove Entrance
To obtain this Bloodstar Limb, you need todefeat Topoda and learn the Mantis Punchadaptation from it.
Head westfrom the fast travel point, and after a short distance, you’llcome across an Umami Cube. Destroy it and enter the cave to the north of the newly opened area. You’ll find this Bloodstar Limbinside an oysterin the cave.
Company Town
From the north of the fast travel point, proceed straight ahead.Keep the gunk sea to your rightand continue along the coast. Look for a metal platform in the gunk sea to the right of the Soda Can shell. Two fish enemies will attack you. You’ll find this Limb on asunken red objectin the sea.
Second Bloodstar Limb Location
To obtain this Limb, you need to defeat one of the main bosses of the game, the Crevice Sisters. Head to the area where you fight them.Ascend to the upper partof the battle arena using the air current. Then climb up the wooden stairs tofind a switch.
Activating this switch will move a crane arm in the area where you fight the Sludge Steamroller boss ahead. From your elevated position, you canjump onto the platform held by the crane.Open that oyster to obtain the Limb.
Mag-Rail Platform
Go up the stairs to the east.Jump onto the iron beamwith the crab on it. Cross over to the opposite beam using the cable. Reach the hook to the east of the beam. Go through the crack in the wall and use the nets on the left side of the building toclimb onto the roof.As you progress south, you’llencounter crabs wearing Box Shells; inside the oyster they guard, you’ll find the Limb.
Hermit’s Plateau
Go southwest from the fast travel point. Proceed straight southwest through the corridor with white objects resembling the letter S. Reach the pink light. Continue southwest until youreach the yellow light.Ahead, you will see air flows. Before jumping to them, you will see the blue glow of the Limb at the edge of the cliff.
From the fast travel point,head southwest.Proceed straight southwest through the corridor with white objects resembling the letter S. Reach the pink light. Continue southwest until youreach the yellow light, then you’ll see air flow ahead. Use the hook to climb up at the second airflow. Then jump down to the lower area.
After reaching the green light, you need togo east from the old house phone.Keep the wall on your left and continue along the base of the wall. You’ll need to jump over a few gaps. Eventually, you’ll reach the area with blue light, and the Limb will be nearby.
Luminous Respite
Head north from the fast travel point and cross over to the opposite area using the hooks. After crossing over,proceed northwest.When you reach the base of the cliff, stick to the cliff and keep it to your right. After a bit of westward progress, you’llsee a cave filled with white plantsbelow the cliff.
Inside this cave, there are small white marine creatures; defeat them. Open the oyster and obtain the Limb.
Fragmented Viaduct
Go east and proceed across the bridge. At the end of the bridge, jump to the area in front of you, then hop onto the wooden planks below to the south. From there,jump to the rectangular floating stone columnacross from you. On top of the next stone, you will see this Limb and its blue shimmer.
City Gates
Reach the area south of the fast travel point. You’ll encounter enemies guarding the area. Climb the stairs toreach the top of this areaand interact with the faucet handle tomove the platform.Proceed eastward.
Use the blue sponge to jump upwards. At the beginning of the bridge, you’llsee a blue fishnetto your right. Use it to descend. Down below, next to objects resembling the letter S, you’ll find this Limb.
Lookout Tower
Turn to the east and jump onto thepillar with a blue fish neton it. Then reach the building ahead and climb to its top floor using the stairs. Jump over to the next building to the northeast from the floating stone located there. After defeating the two crabs below, collect the blue glowon the horizontal stone in the middle of the roomto obtain this Bloodstar Limb.
