You might have seen the field of red flowers early inElden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree DLC from the high cliffs of the Gravesite Plain. Like us, you probably spent a few minutes running up and down these cliffs trying to find a way down to Charo’s Hidden Grave, only to realize with much disappointment that, like the bosses, there’s nothing easy in this DLC.
Thankfully, the trip down to this beautiful landscape is not too complicated. You’ll only need Torrent and a little sense of adventure. On your way, you’ll encounter cults, dragons, mountains, and - much to the chagrin of everyone - a lot of high-up places to accidentally fall from. And if you need a map, we’re happy to provide.
Where Is Charo’s Hidden Grave?
Charo’s Hidden Grave isin the southeast cornerof the Land of Shadow map. It isbeyond the Jagged Peaksubarea and is theprecursor to the Cerulean Cove.
It is a frankly small area withonly one dungeon and four bosses- three of which are field bosses.
How To Access Charo’s Hidden Grave
To have access to this area, youmust have reached Jagged Peakvia the Dragon Pit dungeon. This requires:

Once you’ve located theGrand Altar of Dragon Communion,you’ll have totraverse the body of the massive dragonhere - preferably on our favorite not-quite-a-horse, Torrent.
Take the dragon’s wingjust up and slightly right of the altar here. You’ll want tohead up the wing toward the foot of the dragon.From there,go through the little v-shaped corridor.
Between the foot and leg, you should see aseries of ledgesbelow leading to an area with red flowers.Jump down safely, andfollow the pathto formally enterCharo’s Hidden Grave.

What’s Inside Charo’s Hidden Grave?
Inside the grave, there areseveral optional bosses and important items for upgrading and crafting.
We’ve compiled a list of the most important finds we discovered inside the grave, but there is certainly always more to find.
Bosses
Tibia Mariner
Inside the multi-waterfall pond near the entrance of the grave. It will spawn in a pond one tier up once you get closer.
Death Rite Bird
Just past the Charo’s Hidden Grave Site of Grace, inside the flooded grave area. It will appear once you get near the center of the pond.
Furnace Golem
At the farthest northern section of the map, up a tall hill of crimson flowers. you may see it at a great distance. Fighting this boss requires the Furnace Pot to defeat.

Spirit Glaive
Past the Charo’s Hidden Grave Site of Grace, taking a detour around the Death Rite Bird’s pond on the right. Follow the path to a dead end where it sits on the ground.

On the ground at the bottom of the first pond besides the grave entrance.
Loot reward from the Death Rite Bird
Gravebird Ashes
Found on the ground not far from the Lamenter’s Gaol on a ledge overlooking the waterfalls into the Cerulean Coast.
Great Grave Glovewort
On top of a boat, over a ledge just south of the Charo’s Hidden Grave Site of Grace. Falling onto this vessel will also bring you into the Cerulean Coast area.
