Another Crab’s Treasurefollows the enjoyable adventure of Kril. It’s not an easy journey, and since the game is in the soulslike genre, encountering bosses that really get on your nerves is quite likely. Additionally, throughout the adventure, Kril acquires different shells, skills, stowaways, and adaptations, allowing you to evolve for the upcoming challenges.
Would you like to change Kril’s appearance? Would you prefer to dress him up like Mr. Krabs or a character from Dark Souls? Then you need to find the outfits in the game. Here’s where to look.
How To Change Outfits
Changing outfits is extremely easy. All you need to do isopen the status screen,where you can also change your Adaptations and Stowaways.
On this screen, you’llsee a small t-shirt button on the right side of your stats.Pressing it allows you to switch between the clothes you own.
Nearest Moon Snail Shell
Cave of Respite
you’re able to’t miss this one. When you first start the game, you’ll dive into the sea. Afterwards, you’llencounter a hostile crab groupfor the first time. After defeating them all, you’llfind the main weaponof the game, the Fork, at the end of the ramp.
The Plastic Poncho ishanging on the Fork. So, when you pick up the Fork, you automatically wear the Plastic Poncho.
Central Shallows
When you try to enter the castle to meet Duchess, the guards will tell you that you can’t enter the castle naked. Therefore, you need to wear a shell.East of where you talk to the guards, you’llsee a vending machine. By interacting with its flashing button, you can equip your first shell. However, as soon as you equip it, you need toface the game’sfirst boss, Nephro.
After the battle, you need to go to where Nephro charged you. This is a sand gate passage with two ketchup packet-shaped banners hanging beside it.
Expired Knoll
There’s no turning backfrom where you acquire this outfit. Since theonly way out is death, make sure you don’t carry so many Microplastics.
It might be a bit challenging to get this one. First, head to the Expired Knoll fast travel point in The Sands Between. Climb up the cliff right behind it. Once you’ve reached the top of the cliff by stepping on the crushed blue tin,launch yourself onto the fishing hook you see. When you reach the rock column with straw on it, proceed to the opposite column with fishnet on it.
Move along that, and you’llsee another tall rock column with a fishnetahead; jump to it.
Here comes the tricky part, this might require some practice. Turn to face the direction the fishnet is looking. You’llsee a moss-covered rock outcropin front of you. There’s an X-like mark on it. Jump towards it and swim towards to it while in the air.
While swimming,don’t deplete all your stamina at once; swim a bit and release the swim button at the end, then repeat, and you’ll reach it more easily. You might need to try this a few times to succeed.
Once you reach the mossy rock outcrop, the rest is easy. Proceed straight on it and jump down to the ledge below. On it, when you turn left, you’llsee a sandy floor below.Jump down and as you progress, you’ll spot a yellow sparkle among the party hats. When you grab it, this outfit will be yours.
Secluded Ridge
To obtain this outfit, first, you mustdefeat Topoda, one of the game’s optional bosses, andlearn the Mantis Punchadaptation from it. Then,head east towards The Sands Betweenanduse Mantis Punch to break the purple glowing cube there. This way, you’ll reach the Secluded Ridge fast travel point.
Once you reach Secluded Ridge fast travel point, all you need to do is head south towards the Moon Snail Shell. After defeating a few enemies here, you’llsee a yellow object surrounded by small plastic swords—a reference to bonfires in the Dark Souls series. By collecting the yellow sparkle next to the bonfire, you can obtain this outfit.
Curdled Village
Proceed north of the Curdled Village fast travel point. There will be lots of cardboard boxes and enemies where you land. Lean against the wall on the left side of the area. Reach the tall red plant. Then, move to its right side. Enter the pink vertical milk carton. Your goal here is toclimb onto the brown milk carton standing verticallyon top of the blue horizontal milk carton.
If you navigate around the bottom blue milk carton, you’ll see there’s a fishnet on top of it. With this fishnet, you canascend to the upper partsof the brown carton.
Once you reach the top andlook through the window of the carton, you’ll see a yellow sparkle inside a blue milk carton. Jump over there and swim to reach it, thus obtaining the outfit.
Company Town
When you reach the Company Town fast travel point and look at your map, you’llsee a large island. Head towards it. Once you arrive at the island, you can find it in a room with green walls. If you carefully examine the floor, you’llnotice confetti-like particles around the areawhere this outfit is located. Following them will make it easier for you to find this outfit.
Hermit’s Plateau
After falling into Unfathom,Nemma will rescue youfrom the white sea creatures. Right next to her, you’llsee a dollar stack with three Heartkelp Podson top of it. This outfit is located on top of that dollar stack.
If you happen to forget to pick it up, you may return to this area byheading as far south as possiblefrom the Hermit’s Plateau fast travel point.
To obtain this, you need to goquite far south from the Hermit’s Plateaufast travel point. Head towards the direction where the pinball machine’s red lights are. Then, pass through a dark corridor-like opening.
Continue south from here,past the red light. As you continue south from the left side of the red light, you’ll reach a cliff.
At the bottom of the cliff, there arepipes blowing air bubbles. Glide through them in the air, anduse the hook above to cross over.
Reach the green-lighted area ahead and proceed by sticking to the wall on your right side. Pass the cassette. After following the purple moss, you’ll reach another location with another cassette.
Go north from there, and you’llencounter narrow ledgesin front of you. Jump down from them and proceed straight ahead.
Eventually, at the end of the area with white small enemies, you’llsee six ivory-colored bones, and the outfit will be waiting for you among them.
Fragmented Viaduct
Go southof this fast travel point. Continue south from the forestbehind the nearest houseto you. In themidst of the pill bottleswithin the forest, you’ll see a yellow sparkle; interact with it to obtain this outfit.
Upper Crust
After teleporting to the Upper Crust fast travel point in New Carcinia,proceed from the northern bridge. From there, turn left and cross the bridge. You’ll see a building with illuminated and colorful signs. This is Shellfish Desires. Here, you can purchase a total of seven outfits:
