Summary

Uniqlo always causes a stir when it adds some officially licensed video game merch to its storefront, but the excitement forits revived Metal Gear collectionwas even more elevated than usual. The retailer revealed its retired line ofMetal Geart-shirts would return in 2024, and it kept that promise,re-releasing the t-shirts at the end of February. If you missed out on any of the designs, or you chose one over another and it’s been bothering you ever since, not only are they all back, but their prices have been slashed.

The six Metal Gear t-shirts are usually $24.90 each. However, if you grab them now, you can get them for well over half that price, all of them reduced to only $9.90 each. So much better than half price that you can grab three of them for only a little bit more than one of them would usually cost. The sale appears to be a celebration of Uniqlo’s 40th anniversary and will come to an end on June 2, so buy them before then if you want them for less.

In fact, I’d recommend picking up any Metal Gear t-shirts you want before then. It’s pretty surprising that they’re still in stock at all, let alone when they’re this cheap. When the reprinted collection dropped again earlier this year, most of the designs sold out almost immediately. Most of the t-shirts are only available in certain sizes, suggesting they are selling fast now that they’re less than $10 each for a limited time, so if there are any you’ve got your eye on and they’re available in your size, probably best to order them now if you can.
