Summary
Lara Croft’s original looked returned in all of its remastered glory earlier this year then Tomb Raider 1-3 Remastered was released across multiple platforms. The only downside to that release was a lack of a physical release, but that has since been remedied. Not only is the remastered trilogy getting a physical version you can pre-order now, but CRKD is releasing officially licensedTomb Raideraccessories you’ll be able to use to play through it in the form of a limited edition Nitro Deck Plus and matching Neo S controller.
The Deck has been given a retro Tomb Raider makeover, its turquoise base covered with a silhouette that includes mountains and foliage, and hieroglyphic symbols completing the design. The matching Neo S has a very similar design with the addition of Lara Croft’s silhouette front and (slightly off) center. The accessories are limited edition, only 1,000 of each available, and once they’re gone, they’re gone forever.

The accessories are available to pre-order now from the same place you need to go to pick up the remastered trilogy’s collector’s edition - Limited Run Games. The Deck is $79.99, and the Neo S is $59.99, and both are available to pre-order exclusively at Limited Run through the links in the boxes below but won’t be released until September 2024. The Deck is only compatible with theNintendo Switch, and while the Neo S is marketed as a Switch accessory, it also works with mobile andPC.

Nitro Deck+
The Nitro Deck+ is CRKD’s upgraded version of the regular Nitro Deck. The newer model adds side buttons to the pre-existing mappable back ones, an adjustable rumble feature, and USB-C to HDMI capability so it can be connected directly to your TV.
The Deck Plus hasn’t been released yet, revealed by CRKD earlier this year. An improved version of the Nitro Deck, as the name implies, the upgraded accessory has an HDMI output so you can connect it to your TV, a redesigned layout, and Bluetooth connectivity for firmware updates. It still has all of the regular Deck’s mod cons too, including the ability to use it as a pro controller while your Switch is docked.

NEO S Controller
The Neo S was created by CRKD as the sister controller to its Nitro Deck. Even though the Deck is only compatible with Nintendo Switch, the Neo S can be used with PC and mobile and is available in a variety of designs, some of which were a part of a POPeART collaboration.
CRKD debuted the Neo S with nine different designsto choose from, some of which were created alongside the very talented PoPEART who wasthe mind behind last year’s Yorkshire Tea controllers. Since then, CRKD hasalready released a limited edition Hellboy version of the Neo S, and now a Tomb Raider version has joined the collection.
