Summary
The world ofFalloutis full of strange encounters. After the bombs dropped, the landscape and society completely changed. Super mutants run rampant, raiders will attack you at every corner, and animals have beenheavily mutated into dangerous abominations.
The only way to get around is by having the best equipment to survive in the world outside the vaults. This, of course, is going to require caps. So you must be willing to do anything and everything to earn that dough. This may entail dropping more bombs or becoming the greatest pimp in the wasteland. These are ten of Fallout’s strangest quests.

10Wang Tang Atomic Tango
Frisky In New Vegas
Wang Tang Atomic Tango takes you around the wasteland in search of some peculiar individuals. This includes a ghoul in a cowboy outfit, a suave talker, and a robot that has been reprogrammed for some very unorthodox uses.
You will need to recruit these individuals for a nice finders fee. Once you reprogram the robot, now named Fisto, you will have a chance to try him out. This will cause your screen to go dark and the sound of drilling to fill the room. When you awaken, you will feel numb. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

9Superhuman Gambit
The Wasteland’s Mightiest Heroes
Canterbury Commons is under attack by the evil villain, The AntAgonizer. Luckily, a caped crusader known as the Mechanist is here to save the day. This superhero confrontation is not all it seems, as the town is tired of the two delusional larpers.
The quest has you either trying to convince them to hang up their cape or eliminate them. You can even arrange it so they eliminate each other. Either way, you get a neat set of armor from this quest and the Capital Wasteland will be safe once more.

8Tenpenny Tower
Money Is Money
Tenpenny Towerhosts a variety of different quests that have a major impact on the Capital Wasteland. If you visit Megaton first, then you will be directed here after messing around with the bomb. This is where you may set it off blowing up the entire town.
In addition to this, you have a chance to negotiate peace between humans living in Tenpenny Tower and the ghouls surrounding it. you’re able to get them to coexist, but if you come back later, only the ghouls remain.

7The Dark Heart Of Blackhall
Supernatural Happenings
Fallout is all about an alternate atomic age where science reigned supreme, so anything supernatural feels somewhat out of place. The Dark Heart of Blackhall has you on a fetch quest to retrieve a book, said to have the power and rituals needed to control the Swamp Folk.
This quest takes inspiration from Lovecraftian lore as you fend off ghouls, search for the book, and ultimately decide its fate. Will you worship the obelisk and turn the book in, or will you destroy it?

6Talent Pool
Get The Band Back Together
Not all weird quests have such high stakes. The Tops Casino needs new talent, and it is up to you to find it. On the list, you have Billy Knight, a human comedian who you need to pep up, so you both get paid. Next comes Hadrian, who isa ghoul comedianyou will need to break out of a preexisting contract.
A mysterious and lonesome drifter is your next target. He is your musician and recruiting him with a good bartering skill gets you the Mysterious Magnum. Finally, recruit the singer Bruce Isaac and you have the whole squad.

5Walking With Spirits
Pass The Punga Please
Deep within a sacred bog is the Mother Punga, a tree harboring many purple seeds that cause hallucinations. It is integral to the Walking With Spirits quest from Fallout 3’s Point Lookout DLC. Taking the seeds will cause the plant to release a gas that sends you down a path filled with giant bobbleheads and bad memories.
This is one of the more visually interesting missions, which also takes images from your past experiences. This includes visions of the Megaton bomb and the Nuka Cola Quantum from the Nuka Cola Challenge.

4Dunwich Borers
In The Corner Of Your Eye
There is a quarry in Fallout 4 that is best left undisturbed. Approach it, and you will hear a gunshot coming from a location known as Hugo’s hole. Now should be the time to leave the area and never look back. However, if you decide to dig a little deeper, you will unearth something far more sinister.
You will experience strange hallucinations, an ominous cult, and evidence of horrific rituals. The quest rewards you with Kremvh’s Tooth, which is a weapon that causes enemies to bleed while poisoning them. It can be found between two mini nukes on a submerged altar.

3Pickman’s Gift
A Serial Killer
Pickman’s gift has you following the trail of a serial killer running rampant in the Commonwealth. Pickman has been slaughtering people left and right, using their blood as paint for his unnatural art pieces.
At the end of the quest, you’re able to decide if he lives or dies. If you let him go, you get rewarded with Pickman’s Blade and a letter from the serial killer himself. He thanks you for letting him go, now seeing you as a fellow killer. He also draws a heart in blood.

2An Alien Encounter
E.T Phone Home
If you reach level 20 in Fallout 4, the garbled radio beacon will start sending out a signal if you extend the relay tower 1DL-109. This will allow you to pick up the signal and follow it to a UFO crash site.
Nearby you will find a cave. If you go in it, you will encounter an extraterrestrial sending out an SOS signal. Killing him will get you an alien blaster pistol and around 300 rounds of ammo. If you are close enough during the crash, you can witness the UFO coming down from the sky.

1The Silver Shroud
A Caped Crusader
Fallout 4 might not let you role-play to the extent of the other games that came before it, but it does contain one mission that lets you escape the concerned dad role and into the role of the Silver Shroud. The Silver Shroud is a fictional hero from pre-war radio.
You will need to get the old costume from the Hubris Comics building and go after criminals in the Commonwealth while wearing it. After bringing them to justice, you can leave a calling card and access to special dialogue options that let you speak as the Shroud himself.
