10Spinda
Unlimited Pattern Combinations
The third generation of Pokémon introduced a little creature named Spinda, a tiny bear-like Pokémon who is said to be constantly dizzy. Its body is covered in light brown fur and red polka dot-like patterns; like zebras and giraffes of the real world, Spinda patterns are unique meaning that no two will look the same.
One silly feature that makes Spinda funny to look at is its swirl-patterned eyes, which never seem to go away. This expression makes it one of the silliest Pokémon in the Hoenn region.
9Kecleon
A Little Roadblock
Kecleon is just a funny little dude; inspired by chameleons, Kecleon enjoys blocking roads and being a nuisance. Kecleon is often invisible, but when it finally decides to materialize, its color pallet, curly tail, and tiny olive-shaped eyes make it a rather silly Pokémon to look at.
In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, the Kecleon brothers will sell you plenty of useful items. However, if you try to steal from them, they go from silly to threatening as they chase you down to retrieve their stolen goods.

Slowpoke was one of the first 150 Pokémon introduced in the franchise. As the Pokédex describes it, it’s considered to be an incredibly dopey Pokémon as it spends most of its time fishing with its tail.
Slowpoke has a vacant expression, with many of them coming together to bite each other’s tails. Slowpoke also has a symbiotic relationship with Shelder, as getting bit by one has the chance to make it evolve into various forms, all of which are just as dopey as the last though much tougher.

Beforethe era of the grass monkey, Johto introduced a normal type Pokemon named Aipom. This silly little monkey was purple with a long tail that resembled a third hand, and it is known for playing pranks, described as being clumsy with its real hands.
Aipom was first introduced in the Johto region and later given an evolution in Sinnoh, which would require it to learn Double-Hit. However, if you love silly Pokémon designs, then don’t evolve him, just give them an Everstone to hold.

Diglett would eventually get two new forms, each one sillier than the last; an Alolan form that saw the creature grow silky long hair during its evolution. Then, in the Paldea region, Diglett would geta water-type remakein the form of Wiglett which resembles a garden eel.
4Mime Jr
Silliest Clown Pokemon
In Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, Mr. Mime got a pre-evolution that could be considered one of the silliest Pokémon designs ever made. Mime Jr resembles a tiny circus clown, it has a red nose and a blue hat with a white poof ball on the tip.
Leveling up Mime Jr with friendship will cause it to evolve into Mr. Mime, another silly Pokémon. Despite being a generation-four Pokémon, Mime Jr was featured early in the Ruby and Sapphire anime as part of Team Rocket’s lineup.

Slurpuff was a Pokémon introduced in Pokémon X and Y; it resembles a dog covered in whipped cream with the ball on its head taking the place of a cherry on top. Slurpuff has a powerful sense of smell, making it a perfect choice of companion for bakers.
What makes Slurpuff’s silliness levels go through the roof is how its tongue is always sticking out. Its color patterns and design also have a clown-like appearance, making it a very silly companion to add to your team.

Deadliest Clown Pokemon
Ultra Beasts were introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon, and they weren’t legendary Pokémon or even pseudo-legendaries. Instead, they were creatures from a completely different dimension that took odd shapes and defied reality, with one in particular coming off as silly-looking, called Blacephalon.
Don’t let the clown-like appearance and disco ball head fool you; while this Pokémon can be very silly, it uses that to take enemies by surprise. Before you know it, Blacephalon’s head will suddenly explode as a form of attack.

Wurmple is a funny little caterpillar Pokémon that was first introduced in the Hoenn region. With a notable red coloring and two big round eyes, Wurmple was already one of the cutest bug Pokémon.
