13Umbreon VMAX (Rainbow Secret Rare) – $52.36
A Fitting Beginning
What better way to introduce the best Evolving Skies cards than with Umbreon, the most iconic inclusion in this storied set? Ironically, Rayquaza was the original top Evolving Skies chase card, but Umbreon soon overtook the powerful Dragon-type legendary as the head honcho.
Surprisingly, this card was only about $25 in early 2024 but has since experienced a meteoric rise in value to its current market price. Withsales trending upward for modern Pokemon cards,it’s hard to say exactly where you might expect this card to settle, especially given Umbreon’s unparalleled popularity.
12Sylveon V (Alternate Full Art) – $147.77
A Kid In A Candy Store
This sweet Sylveon scenestands out from the rest as one of the most upbeat depictions of an Eeveelution in the entire set, as some of the other V Alternate Full Art cards tend to lean toward relaxing or neutral scenes. However, Sylveon seems as excited to be here as we are to get our hands on this stunning card.
While Sylveon’s price chart doesn’t indicate a consistently upward trend in 2024 as Leafeon’s did, this card soared to incredibleheights in June 2024, with its high at around $95. Even though Sylveon backed off from this price, it later ran past the $100 mark to rise to its current market price.

Glaceon Is Just Chilling
The Glaceon V Alt Full Art isn’t even among the top few most expensive cards in Evolving Skies, yet it commands value similar to some top chase cards inSword and Shield’s most valuable booster boxes. Glaceon V’s design is worth its high price, with the adorable icy scene among the best Glaceon card art ever.
While the VMAX version is still to come, there’s no doubt that this V version – and the other Eeveelution V’s are all exceptional examples of the best Evolving Skies chase cards.

The “V” variety of full art cards in Evolving Skies offers gorgeous scenes of beloved Eeveelutions enjoying their days before eventually growing to mammoth size in the VMAX artwork. Leafeon is a perfect example of simplicity done right, with this card’s scene standing out as a beautifully serene moment.
This card began 2024 valued at under $50,but made a massive run towards the triple digits in the second half of 2024, climbing from $67 in August to its current market price as it continues to find a place amongthe best Leafeon cards everand one of Evolving Skies' best cards.
9Espeon V (Alternate Full Art) – $170.73
A Slice-Of-Life Gem
Espeon V boasts one of the most underrated arts in the set, with its attention to detail and perfect embodiment of Espeon’s personality. Thispowerful Psychic-type Pokemonuses its supernatural abilities to levitate books while reading them simultaneously.
If you’re an Espeon fan, this card is a must-have,given that few other cards feature this Pokemon in a whimsical art style.
While Espeon’s VMAX Alt Art Secret version isn’t in Evolving Skies (it’s in Fusion Strike), the V card’s incredible art can easily carry the load for this Eeveelution.

Look Out For Zinnia And Rayquaza
Zinnia and Rayquaza are on the same page in this incredible scene, as they face in opposite directions – almost back-to-back if it were possible to be in such a position with Rayquaza.
Rayquaza is an incredibly popular Pokemon, and while Zinnia’s popularity might not equal the green Dragon’s, she’s certainly one of the coolest trainers depicted in the set. This card’s run up the charts might continue to unexpected heights.
7Dragonite V (Alternate Full Art) – $222.68
Don’t Sleep On The Original Pseudo-Legendary Dragon
Dragonite is one of the most recognizable Pokemon among the original 151, and its glorious sleepy appearance in Evolving Skies featuresone of the best Dragonite arts since its adorable iteration in Fossil.
Whether or not you like Dragonite, this card deserves to be included in Evolving Skies among some of the most adorable Eeveelution art ever. Though it looks ready for a nap, it would be a mistake to sleep on the potential this card is showing as one of Evolving Skies' best cards.

Sylveon’s Biggest Moment
The gorgeous Sylveon VMAX puts the pink Fairy-type inone of the brightest scenes in the entire set,surrounding her with some amazing fellow Pokemon. The art is eye-catching, and Sylveon’s prominent position makes it easy to miss the other inclusions.
Though it doesn’t match the popularity of some other Eeveelutions, Sylveon gets incredible love in this set with some appropriately cute art.
