Summary
After the release of the Fully Yoked update,Groundedis full ofnumerous powerful weapons to collect, structures to craft, and some superb Trinkets to track down. Trinkets are held items that give you special abilities akin to Mutations; you can only equip one Trinket at a time.
With such a high demand for your Trinket slot, some of Grounded’s best Trinkets offer benefits that range from quality of life (QoL) improvements to combat bonuses. Luckily, you can swap Trinkets at any time, so you can always reap the rewards of being fed by an Everlasting Hogstopper before switching to another Trinket.

8Fluffy Dandelion Tuft
The Fluffy Dandelion Tuft is an unusual Trinket that offers a massive improvement over regular Dandelion Tufts:unlimited uses. This rare item can be dropped from any chopped Dandelion, you just need a little luck on your side to find it.
With it, you can safely float to the ground from any height without worrying about replacing your Tuft, effectively eliminating the need to acquire more in the future. This is one of the best QoL Trinkets in Grounded, and one you’ll want to add to your collection ASAP.

Food Generation
Passively fills your food barby ten every minute.
Much like the Fluffy Dandelion Tuft, the Everlasting Hogstopper offers unparalleled convenience if you are sick of hunting for food in the yard. Instead, you can throw on an Everlasting Hogstopper once youacquire one from a Billy Hog hotdog.
The name may sound familiar: the Everlasting Hogstopper references the renewable snack found in Willy Wonka / Charlie And The Chocolate Factory, the Everlasting Gobstopper.

The Hogstopper will be ararefind with only aone percent drop chance, so don’t be disheartened if you don’t come across one on your first attempt.
Trickle Regen
Regenerates 0.35 HPevery five seconds.
The Biomedical Badge is a fantastic Trinket thatcatalyzes health recovery so long as you stay fed, staving off hunger. Healing items in Grounded can be expensive to craft, especially if you just need to get yourself back to full health while adventuring.
This Trinket enables a great cycle with the Everlasting Hogstopper.
First, equip the Hogstopperto increase your hunger meter, then switch to the Biomedical Badgeto turn excess food satisfaction into health.
The Biomedical Badge will be useful whenever you have plenty of food on hand, and need to restore your health in a pinch. Who would have thought that Aphids could sustain you through any challenge in the yard?

The Quickness
Increases movement speedby ten percent whileoutside of combat(Speed droplet only).
Speaking of Aphids, aside from hunting down the little critters for food, they also offer the chance to yield the Speed Droplet Trinket.
Use the Rascal Rogue Mutation to stealfrom Aphids and other creatures that can yield a Trinket reward.

Getting around the yard can be a challenge depending onwhere you built your base, but The Quickness will help you to cross the wide expanse quickly, so you’re able to get back to the important tasks at hand.
Melee attackshave a chance to repair the currently equipped weapon.
Invincible Shielding
Blocking attackswith a shield has a ten percent chance to repair its durability by 25.
Sarah’s Charm is one of the most easily crafted Trinkets in Grounded, as most others can only be acquired from random boss drops. While you do need totrack down both the Left and Right Elf Charms to complete this Trinket, that route is much easier for a solo run than facing off against bosses like the Broodmother.

While the effects of this Trinket sound like they’ll make you invincible, that’s not quite the case, but they essentially make your equipment invincible, provided you get the effects to activate. If you do, you’ll avoid ever needing to repair your gear, given the automatic effects of Sarah’s Charm.
Effect Description
Summon Poison
Friendly summons can inflict poison, dealing 25 damage every five seconds for 30 seconds(125 total damage).
Summon Damage
Increases thedamage of friendly summonsby 100 percent.
Aside from yielding one ofthe coolest armor sets in Grounded, the Broodmother also boasts a lethal Trinket capable of poisoning enemies. Any allies you summon will be deadly accomplices against any of the yard’s vicious bugs.
All boss Trinkets have a 1/23 chance of being successfully stolen from the boss during their fight.

Assuming a summoned ally poisons a target, the combination of effects on the Broodmother Trinket shouldincrease their total damage output to 250 from poison alone. This Trinket gives you the power of the real Broodmother, spurring your minions on to defend you with their lives.
Combo Finisher Crit Boost
The third hit of every comboincreases your crit chance by two percent. This stacks infinitely until you land a crit and only applies to three-hit combination attacks.
The Mantis Trinket pairs exceptionally well with the Assassin’s Armor Set, which unsurprisingly also comes from the Mantis. If you love critical hits, then the full set of Mantis gear will be idealfor you, offering huge chunks of damage at random.

Pair this with some ofthe strongest weapons in the Fully Yoked updateto decimate enemies' HP in moments.
The Scythe Of Blossoms' full potential will be unlocked when paired with the Mantis Trinket, as the combined additional crit opportunities will be essential to ensuring each of your hits is doing massive damage.
Blastwave
It comes as no surprise that the best Trinket in Grounded comes fromthe hardest boss in the gameand also has a one percent drop rate. The Infected Broodmother Trinket mimics the effect of the regular Broodmother Trinket, butmakes your summons even more potent via Blastwave.
Clearing large waves of enemies becomes simple when you combine this powerful Grounded Trinket with your summons, and enables you to fight fire with fire, by approaching the Broodmother bosses with your posse of powerful minions.
