With the Expanded Storytelling Relationship Bits mod, you can experience a more personalized relationship. With this mod, maplebell aimed to create a relationship that is unique. New moodlets are now present, such as “Conflicting Desires”, which comes from a Love Hate Kiss.
This mod also allows you to set unique relationship ‘bits’. For example, you can make the relationship bit a Jealous Rivalry, as well as make a Sim be a Secret Admirer. The possibilities are endless!
10More Kisses Mod
Next up, we have another mod from maplebell. This mod expands on the kissing options in the game; for example, you’re able to now have a shy kiss, as well as a hug that is followed up by a surprise kiss.

Are you tired of your Sims feeling a bit flat while lying in bed? Do they just lay there (with occasional tossing and turning) until morning? The Bed Cuddle mod allows your Sims to cozy up together while sleeping at night.
This adorable interaction will also provide a happy moodlet that lasts for a few hours. It only makes sense that cuddling with your lover will bring a sense of happiness! When combined with other mods (such as More Kisses), you can create a refreshing romantic relationship with new interactions.

Wonderful Whims is a more SFW version of Wicked Whims (also made by TURBODRIVER). With Wonderful Whims, you add several new features to The Sims 4, ranging from attractiveness to personality impressions.
In real life, people have attraction preferences, so why not add this to The Sims 4? Now, your Sims can have unique romantic preferences, such as favoring long hair or a beard. This mod also adds realistic features such as menstrual cycles and birth control.
4First Love Mod
Love is a precious thing that can start to bloom from a young age in the form of a crush. With the First Love mod, your Sim children can experience crushes and even the anxiety of confessing. Having a crush isn’t quite the same as having a boyfriend/girlfriend though; crushes are more like a special friendship.
When a young Sim befriends their crush well enough, they may be able to ask them to be their boyfriend/girlfriend. Overall, this mod adds small tweaks to the game to make childhood feel a bit more relatable.
3Regency Romance Mod
In the mood for some regency roleplay? With Regency Romance, you can get the royal experience. This mod includes new additions like ballroom dances, scandals, social classes, and the etiquette skill, which teaches sims how to send letters properly and curtsy/bow.
Regency Romance also adds the Rake trait, which takes inspiration from Bridgerton. The mod describes this trait as the “loveable scoundrel [who] often feels flirty remembering their past exploits”. The Reformed Rake aspiration allows you to reform a rake and help them find their soulmate.
2The Sims 4 Romantic Interaction From Sims 3 Mod
If you have a soft spot for romance in The Sims 3, then you’re in luck! This simple mod adds romance options that werepresent in The Sims 3into The Sims 4. The mod page boasts 24 new romantic interactions that were previously not in the game, including Leap into Arms and Dip Kiss.
