While not a Clone Trooper, Boba Fett, like Omega, is still a genetic duplicate of Jango Fett. The only difference is that Boba chose a different path in life. At first, he swears revenge on the Jedi who killed his father. Later, Boba Fett becomes a fierce bounty hunter doing jobs for Jabba and the Empire.

10Clone 99
Born To Fight
Clone 99 was a defective clone who appeared on Kamino as a cleaning staff. Due to his disfiguration, he was never suited for combat on the battlefield. This, however, does not stop him from giving other clones advice, such as Hevy, who was planning on leaving his squad.
Clone 99 died a hero’s death during an attempted invasion of Kamino. The other clones mourned his death, accepting him as one of them. His legacy continued with Clone Force 99 aka The Bad Batch, which was named after him.
9Fives
Almost Uncovered Order 66
Fives was a fresh clone appearing at the start of Star Wars: The Clone Wars and an easy one for viewers to relate to. Starting off with no distinguishing traits, he would soon play an important role that would decide the fate of many characters.
After discovering the existence of Order 66, Fives attempts to warn Anakin and Rex. While he was unable to stop the conspiracy in time before being killed, his warning was not in vain. This information allows Rex to warn Ahsoka about the chip, giving her the chance to remove it from his brain.
An Elite Squadron
Clone Force 99 consisted of five genetically enhanced clones. These are Hunter, Wrecker, Tech, Echo, and Crosshair. Each one specialized in a specific skill and looked drastically different from other clones. These enhancements allowed them to be extremely deadly on the battlefield.
During their journey with Omega they come to appreciate a life of peace. To maintain this peace, Echo eventually joins the Rebellion and Tech is killed while saving his brothers. Wrecker, Hunter, and Crosshair settle on Pabu.
7Omega
Hope For The Clones
While Omega was never a clone trooper during the Clone Wars, she was taken in by the Bad Batch and trained to fight. She initially takes the place of Crosshair, who chose to stay loyal to the Empire for a time.
Omega wasa female cloneand a pure genetic duplicate of Jango Fett, which made her valuable to the remaining cloners on Kamino. This would lead to bounty hunters coming after her. Over time, she became skilled with an Energy Bow, giving her a unique weapon to set her apart.
6Gregor
Fighter Till The End
After a failed battle, Gregor wound up crash-landing on a planet called Abafar. There, he suffered from amnesia due to a head injury, which prevented him from returning to the Republic.
Unlike other clones, he did not execute Order 66 and was taken prisoner and tasked with training the first wave of Storm Troopers. Luckily, he sent out a distress signal and was rescued by the Bad Batch. He would later die in battle during the age of the rebellion, fighting to free the galaxy from the Empire.
5Wolffe
Defected From The Empire
While Wolffe initially followed Order 66, he came to be one of the clones who would defect from the Empire. One of the first signs of disobeying orders is when he lets the Bad Batch escape by commanding his squad to stand down.
Wolffe eventually gets his chip removed and is reunited with Gregor and Rex. While he initially retired from any combat and even alerted the Empire of Spectre’s activities, he comes around and returns to fight for the Rebellion.
4Cut Lawquane
The Clone With A Family
Cut Lawquane was a clone who defected from the clone army long before Order 66. Living on the outer rim, he married a Twi’lek named Suu and would have two children. After being discovered by Rex, he was allowed to stay in exile with his new family.
After Order 66, he and his family were forced to leave the planet, which had become occupied by the Empire. Luckily, they make it out in time with the help of the Bad Batch.
