While playingWuthering Waves, you’ll have to grind for Astrites and use them on the gacha system to get most of your characters. However, there are a few characters that you can get just by progressing the main story, and Havoc Rover is one of them.
You’ll acquire this character after finishing the sixth act of Huanglong’s story, but they’ll still have thesame weapon as Spectro Rover. If you want to use Havoc Rover in the endgame content, you’ll have to focus quite a bit of resources on their build.
Best Havoc Rover Weapons
Once you acquire a character in Wuthering Waves, the first order of business is to place a convenient weapon on them. There are a plethora of weapons from each type, butonly a few of them suit Havoc Rover’s kit:
Emerald Of Genesis
This standard five-star sword increases Havoc Rover’s Energy Regen by 12.8 percent, while also giving them extra ATK upon using the Skill. It alsoprovides a massive Crit Rate boostwhen it’s fully leveled.
Commando Of Conviction
Heading into the four-star weapons, Commando of Conviction is the best choice for Havoc Rover as itgives a decent ATK boostevery time you use their Intro Skill.
Lumingloss
you may also use Lumingloss to get 20 percent Basic and Heavy Attack DMG, which is wheremost of Havoc Rover’s damage comes fromin the Dark Surge form.
Sword Of Night
Finally, if you don’t have any of the above weapons, you can use a max syntonized Sword of Night to enjoy asimilar boost as Commando of Conviction.
Havoc Rover Echo Guide
While it’s easy to acquire Havoc Rover in Wuthering Waves, it won’t be nearly as easy tobuild up their echoessince you only have one choice. the Sun-Sinking Eclipse set gives you some massive Havoc DMG Bonus while alsoletting you use Dreamless as your main echo, which is one of the best out there.
This is by far the best set you may use on Havoc Rover. However, if you can’t get enough pieces for it, you can also useLingering Tunes with Mech Abomination as the main echo. This set focuses on using Rover as a sub-DPS while having another main DPS on the field.

You only need to go for Energy Regen as the main stat on Elite echo if you’replanning to have two of them in your build.
This will help you get HavocRover’s Liberation much faster, which is a great source of damage.
Best Team Members For Havoc Rover
Once you’ve placed the right weapons and echoes on Havoc Rover, the next step is to start working on theteammates that suit them the most:
Danjin
Danjin is by far the best unit to use alongside Havoc Rover as shegives them a massive Havoc DMG boostwhenever her outro skill is used to switch to Rover.
Verina
This is a great character for almost anyone in Wuthering Waves since shegives some all-type DMG bonuswhile also healing the active character.
Sanhua
Sanhua’s outro skill can increase the Basic Attack DMG of the next character, which isgreat for Havoc Rover’s Dark Surge form.
Mortefi
Finally, you may perform up to two Heavy Attacks in a row during the Dark Surge state, which also brings in a possible synergy with Mortefi.
Havoc Rover Forte Priority
Even if you’ve upgraded Spectro Rover’s forte, you’ll have to upgrade themseparately for Havoc Rover since all the abilities are different. Of course, much like almost every other character in the game, you have to upgrade Rover’s Forte Circuit first as this has all the multipliers from the Dark Surge state.
