Summary
There are many excellent weapons inValorant, but almost none of them are as satisfying to use as the Bucky, with its booming sound between each shell fired, sleek design, and, yes, its fantastic lineup of skins.
While the Operator does top itin terms of satisfaction when leveling a target with a single shot, blasting an opponent into next week with a round from the Bucky is directly behind it, making it one of our personal favorites in the game, even if you don’t really use it unless you’re low on funds and need to save.

Kicking the list off, we have the Artisan Bucky skin, which makes the already-sleek Bucky look even slicker, with very smooth angles, wonderful floral patterns, and gorgeous color schemes. It’s also a Battle Pass Skin, meaning you can no longer acquire it, making it all the more valuable.
This skin may not offer the most unique or complicated redesigns or anything like that, but the simplistic nature of it works in its favor, offering some of the cleanest designs you could hope for. It’s smooth, modern, and classy. We love this skin!

Next in line is the Magepunk Bucky, which has an incredible Steampunk-style design that loses points when you realize the only difference between its four variants is the color of the current surging through it, which is a bummer as we would have loved to see even more Steampunk designs for this bad boy.
Nonetheless, despite the downsides, the overall design of the Magepunk Bucky is phenomenal, making it belong on the list despite all the variants looking the same. Grab it if you love using the Bucky and see it in your Shop!
Exclusive
From here, we move onto the Overdrive Bucky, which also has surges of electricity pulsing through it, but various colors and slight design changes to go along with it. This is a fantastic design all around, especially if you love the Cyberpunk aesthetic.
Another positive aspect of the Overdrive skin is that all the variants are tremendously attractive. While the pink, white, and purple color scheme is our favorite, you cannot go wrong with any of them!
The Gravitational Uranium Neuroblaster Bucky is our next pick, bringing a sci-fi spin to our favorite boomstick. This alien-themed blaster is always a delight to see and use, and all of its variants make it that much more special. If you’re a fan of space shooters, then this is a must-have when it comes through your Shop.
Everything comes together, from the fusion cell bank near the middle of the weapon to the futuristic barrel, to perfectly transform this weapon into something an alien would wield to take over our homeland. Which rules. This is unquestionably one of the best designs for the Bucky!
Our penultimate choice is, of course, the lovely Oni Bucky skin, which has some of the best variants in the game. It gives us a stunning cherry blossom-themed one with a gorgeous green and pink color scheme, complete with a wave of pink smoke emanating from the oni mask.
Whether it’s the Bucky or the Frenzy or most other weapon in the game, if it has the Oni skin, it will almost always be one of its best skins. Just look at it; how can you not fall in love with this design pattern and color scheme? This skin is a winner for sure!
Last but certainly not least, we have the Gaia’s Vengeance Bucky skin, transforming the weapon into a bunch of tree branches that have been curled and warped around a crystal of sorts, giving off an eerie but tremendously unique design, skyrocketing it to the top of the list.
Everything from the sporadic leaves growing off the branches to how they cross over one another while holding the crystal in place, allowing it to discharge a deadly blast onto unsuspecting foes, is incredible and worthy of the number one spot. Even if, at its core, it is a very simplistic idea, the execution is perfect!
