WhileSavage Fangisn’t the strongest bow, it’s a great option early in the game. Made from the teeth of an uncommon beast, it is prized for its impressive strength.

It’s easy to acquire, as you don’t have to finish a quest or explore crazy areas to find it. You can purchase this weapon from Roderick’s Smithy. While it’s a bit expensive, it’s worth the cost if you have the gold.

Obtained at various points throughout Dragon’s Dogma 2, including Celeste’s Smithy in the Checkpoint Rest Town, theVeteran’s Arcisone of the best early-game bows in the game.It has solid strength and knockdown stats and is also quite affordable.

The only downside of this bow is that it comes with a high carry weight of 3.65 KG, making it a little bit tough to carry around. However, the increased strength and overall damage-causing power are probably worth it.

TheRepeller Bowis a powerful weapon for an archer. It’s rewarded after the A Trial Of Archery Quest, but finishing it takes some work. After fighting, traveling the map, and rescuing Doireann, you get this strong bow known for its Knockdown Power.

This strong bow is wrapped in the hide of a divine creature, delivering extra damage to chimeric foes.

An even better option than the Veteran’s Arc is theDarkening Storm, which comes withmuch better stats and a lower weight as well. What makes it even better is that it is available for free, and you just need to know where to find it.

As seen in the image above, the Darkening Storm can be found in a chest to the west of the Checkpoint Rest Town. There will be a couple of chests in that area so make sure to go through all of them, and you will eventually find it.

TheMilitant Doveis the first Magick Bow on this list and one that comes with quite an interesting status effect. You can purchase this bow at Grisha’s Armory at Sacred Arbor and its stats are some of the best for a bow of its category.

What makes the Militant Dove so special is thatyou will take more damage from attacks while equipping it, but it will also heal you when standing still. This is definitely not the ideal bow for all situations, but it can come in handy in some fights.

256

Dragon’s Blinkcan be purchased at Awaran’s Arms in Bakbattahl and is agreat choice for the early to mid-game.Not only does this bow look great, but it also does a lot of damage, so there aren’t too many reasons not to go for it.

The only downside of the Dragon’s Blink is probably its high price of 48,500 G, which can make it unaffordable for some players. Regardless, it is still a great bow to purchase, and players who don’t have enough money can choose to go for other free options with similar stats.

TheRevenant Wailis a bow that can be obtained in various locations, such as the Volcanic Island Armoryand many other armories, but only in the endgame. This bow brings a great upgrade to strength and the Knockdown Power, which can make it veryeffective in taking down bosses in the late game.

This weapon becomes even deadlier once enhanced, and its only downside is itsrelatively high default weight of 3.87 kg,which can become annoying at times.

This is another bow that comes with a curious status effect. It consumes much more stamina than a normal bow and grants four times the XP on landing a killing blow. While this is a great bow with some amazing stats, the only problem comes in obtaining it.

You will need to kill Medusa to get this bow; even then, it isn’t guaranteed. There is an approximately 18 percent chance of getting this weapon dropped from Medusa, which means you will probably have to kill her several times to get it.

If you are struggling to get theMedusan Spellbow, then this is the next best thing. TheDragon’s Rancorcan be purchased from the Dragonforge at the Bay Wayside Shrine for a price of 110 Wyrmslife Crystals, but only during the endgame.

The lighter weight of this bow and its higher strength compared to the Medusan Spellbowmakes it a much better choice. While getting the required Wyrmslife Crystals won’t be too easy, it is still possible, especially during the endgame.

Dragon’s Breath is one of the two best Magick bows in the game due to its ability to set opponents on fire. Its high damage stats and easy accessibility make itthe perfect bow fortaking on bosses in the endgame.

You can purchase the Dragon’s Breath at the Volcanic Island Armory for 55,900 G, or you can just complete the “Put a Spring in Thy Step” side quest to obtain it as a reward from Gautstafr.
