Tales of Kenzera: Zau

WHERE TO PLAY

Developed by Surgent Studios and published by EA, Tales of Kenzera: Zau is a Metroidvania about a shaman who leads souls to the other side. To bring back his father, Zau agrees to hunt down and contain the spirits of three monsters for the God of Death. While the studio has developed projects in other mediums, Tales of Kenzera: Zau is Surgent Studios' first game.

While discounting a game like Tales Of Kenzera a few months after release is smart to generate renewed interest, part of the reasoning behind this particular sale isn’t something to be celebrated. Its director Abubakar Salim has put the game on sale for a limited timein reaction to racist comments about Tales Of Kenzera, people claiming Salim is only in the position he’s in because of the color of his skin and not because of his unquestionable talent.
