That means if you have been waiting to place your pre-order for the next Sonic game, your time’s almost up. It’s not too late though, and you still have a chance to buy your copy ahead of release day. Not only so you can play it the second it launches - or ensure it arrives on release day if buying a physical copy - but also so you can benefit from the pre-order bonuses, all of which are detailed below.

Sonic X Shadow Generations
WHERE TO PLAY
Sonic x Shadow Generations isn’t only a remaster of Sonic Generations, but it also packs in some brand new Shadow content. Relive the 2011 game while it looks better than it ever has before while embarking on an entirely new adventure with Shadow.
Sonic x Shadow Generations Collector’s Editions
Even though they’re not listed above,Sonic x Shadow Generations does have a Collector’s Edition. Actually, it has two Collector’s Editions. Unfortunately, you’ve left it too late to pick up either of them. The Limited Run Games Colellector’s Edition, which includes a statue of Sonic and Shadow standing back-to-back on a Dreamcast is unlikely to ever be available again.
There’s a chance the much cheaper Collector’s Edition, which replaces that statue with a Shadow bust and also comes with a keychain and a physical copy of the game’s artbook, might be available again once Generations has been released. It’s unlikely, but there’s a chance should Sega have any stock left over.
