The Amazon store pagefor the officially licensed Thrustmaster controller doesn’t appear to be complete yet as it’s lacking an image. However, it does confirm that the controller costs $199.99 and will be released on Jul 04, 2025. Wario64 has shared the first official images of the controller and some of the features that make it so expensive if you do want to take a closer look at exactly what it is you’re about to drop $200 on before hitting that pre-order button.

While the final product doesn’t look exactly like the leaked images, there are similarities and, as the leak suggested, peripheral maker Thrustmaster is the company trusted with creating a controller forthe highest-rated DLC of all time. The controller features a Shadow of the Erdtree color scheme with patterns from the expansion printed on it in gold, a gamepad and stick that can be easily removed and switched, and claims to be 64 percent more responsive than a regular controller. You’re probably going to need that when facing Messmer.

The controller also has four additional remapplable buttons, and locking triggers you can adjust to suit the way you play. In keeping with the earlier leaks, the controller also only appears to be compatible withXboxandPC. Bad news for those of you playing Shadow of the Erdtree onPS5, but hey, you have the DualSense. Let Xbox have a controller win for once, especially after Phil Spencerconfessed his admiration for what PlayStation pulled offvia its current-gen controller.
