It makes a lot of sense that Teddiursa is among one of the first Pokemon to be turned into a Squishmallow since it is basically a living teddy bear. It’s shocking that it took Pokemon as long as it did to pick Teddiursa, although other than Pikachu getting a second design, Pokemon hasn’t put a foot wrong so far on the Squishmallow front.

That’s why even though they’re smaller, buying Squishmallows directly from the Pokemon Center costs extra.
No release date has been given forDragonite and Marill’s Squishmallows, but Jazwares has confirmed they’ll be released this summer. There tends to be a gap of around six months between new Pokemon Squishmallow releases, so expect to see them go on sale in May or June.
