Dragonite and Marill have been a part of the Pokemon Squishmallow collection for so long now that they’re no longer the latest in the range to have been revealed. A first glimpse at the new Pokemon Squishmallows,Fuecoco and Bellibolt, has been shown off, and that means Dragonite and Marill can break free from the Pokemon Center and start appearing elsewhere. That also means their different sizes are slowly becoming available, and if you’re in the right place at the right time, you’ll be lucky enough to find a massive one.
Target is the first store confirmed to have the 20-inch versions of Dragonite and Marill’s Squishmallows in stock.Pokemon Restockshas shared an image of theSquishmallowsin the wild, a couple of Marill and a Dragonite snugly squashed onto a bottom shelf. The 20-inch Pokemon Squishmallows, also referred to as jumbo Squishmallows, are the biggest available, and seeing them on a store shelf gives you a much better idea of just how big they are compared to regular Squishmallows.
When Pokemon Squishmallows are first released, the Pokemon Center-exclusive 12-inch versions are the only ones available. So these jumbo variants now at Target are almost twice the size. They’re not twice the price though, but they are understandably more expensive than the 12-inch Pokemon Center versions. Get A Big Old Squishy Dragonite At Target
The jumbo Squishmallows aren’t available on Target’s website, so if you want one, you’re going to need to rely on finding one in the wild. There’s a strong chance they never find their way online. Pokemon Squishmallow sale patterns are very hard to predict. Other than new designs being revealed two at a time roughly every six months, and then the 12-inch versions being sold first and kept exclusive to the Pokemon Center, it’s anyone’s guess where new designs might show up next and what sizes they will be available in when they do.
Take Gengar’s Squishmallow, one of the first Pokemon designs introduced. It remains one of the hardest to find, but now and again it will pop up somewhere and it’s down to luck whether you see it before it sells out again. Earlier this month,Gengar’s Squishmallow reappeared at Walmart. Newer designs appear to be more readily available, hopefully indicating Pokemon and Jazwares are more aware of just how many people want their Squishmallows.
