Summary

Minecraftis 15 years old. Hard to believe the game has gone on to become the best-selling title of all time, shifting more than 300 million copies across all platforms during that decade and a half. When a game is still that popular 15 years in, you’ll want to celebrate it hitting such a significant milestone, and one of the many ways Minecraft creatorsMojangis doing that is through a unique collection of keyboards.

Mojang has teamed up with Highground to make that happen, andall of its Minecraft keyboards are available right now. Three types of Highground keyboard have been given a selection of Minecraft makeovers - the Basecamp, Performance, and Summit models. The cheapest and most basic of the three, the Basecamp, is the one with the most Minecraft designs available. Something for every type of Minecraft player, whether you’re primary objective is killing Creepers or mining diamonds.

Among the six Basecamp designs is a Minecraft Steve option that has a brightly-colored image of the game’s hero with a band of animals in tow. If you prefer your keys to have individual designs rather than one big image that encompasses the entire keyboard, Highground also has an option that assigns a different item you might find in your Minecraft inventory to each key, and another where each key represents a different Minecraft block.

Highground x Minecraft’s Keyboard Collection

If your Minecraft play is more about competition than it is about harvesting and building at your own leisure, then Highground has its Performance range. There aren’t quite as many designs to choose from, but the Performance keyboards magnetic switches and rapid triggers are designed with the competitive Minecraft player in mind. The Performace keyboard is available in four designs including the aforementioned Steve & Animals, and also a Mining Wall which gives each key the appearance of a minable block.

Last but not least are the Summit keyboards. Offering Minecraft fans more customization options, the Summit keyboard is available in the Steve & Animals and Inventory designs. If you’re happy with the keyboard you have, Highground is also selling Minecraft keycaps you can use to customize your existing keyboard, and if you don’t want your keyboard to be Minecraft-themed at all, but still want to celebrate the game turning 15, it also has mousepads, a jelly bag, and a t-shirt.
