Summary
Kingdom Heartsis a beloved series of video games involving a deep story, with plenty of realms and dimensions colliding into a single adventure. These realms include plenty of original places, but the main draw is the many worlds from Disney movies you may visit, and the characters from the Final Fantasy saga you can interact with.
With recent rumorsclaiming that Kingdom Hearts characters are coming to Fortnite, a lot of people are excited for this to be true. There are already plenty of series included in the Fortnite roster, but few are as beloved as the Kingdom Hearts cast.

7Lea
An Antagonist Turned Hero
Lea first appeared in the Kingdom Hearts games as Axel, an assassin working for Organization 13, only to later be reborn as Lea due to a complicated series of events that destroyed both Axel and his Heartless. But his complex backstory is not why we would want him in Fortnite; rather, his awesome looks are what sets him apart.
His wild red hair and black outfit give him a detailed outline, making him subtle enough to avoid snipers but outlandish enough to stand out in a crowd. What’s more, if Fortnite adds some sort of Keyblade mechanic to the game, Lea’s fiery Keyblade is sure to be a lot of fun if included.

6Master Of Masters
That Name Is Too Good To Pass Up
Keeping up with the theme of characters wearing black, the Master of Masters takes this to a whole new level. While any member of Organization 13 would look cool if included in Fortnite, the Master of Masters is the one that best pulls that look, without even showing his face most of the time.
Lore-wise, the Master of Masters is one of the most influential figures of Kingdom Hearts, although to what extent still remains shrouded in mystery. His inclusion in Fortnite would show that not only the most popular, but also the most relevant characters can make it into the game.

5Kairi
The Princess Of Heart
Even though plenty of Disney characters have made it into Fortnite, the likelihood of a classic Disney princess making it is fairly low. For that reason, the closest we can get to that now is Kairi, who serves the role of Princess of Heart alongsideother classical Disney characters.
Beyond her role as Princess of Heart, Kairi is one of the main characters of Kingdom Hearts, so if the series ends up making it into Fortnite, her inclusion would be all but guaranteed. She would also be the funniest character out of all of them to use a gun.

4Xehanort
Xehanort has so many identities and personifications that it’s hard to imagine him not making it to Fortnite, even if by accident. He’s known for plotting, possessing, and overall tricking everyone around him, making himfeel right at home in a battle royal.
As for what version of him should make it, clearly his old, bald version is ideal. Not only is that closest to his “original” appearance, but he also stands out from all the other anime children that make up the vast majority of the cast.

3Riku
The Rival And Friend Of Sora
While most characters in Kingdom Hearts have complicated backstories, Riku has most of them beat, with his background involving past Keyblade users, strange replicas, and Xehanort himself. With how important he is to the overall mythos of Kingdom Hearts, he needs to be included if any characters make it to Fortnite at all.
Much like Kairi, Riku is such a fan favorite and so pivotal to the series that we can consider him as a guaranteed pick. If they give the characters more than one skin for their iterations, the Riku Replica armor is one worth having.

2Yozora
The Whole Story Might Revolve Around Him
When you think the story of Kingdom Hearts can’t get more confusing, Yozora gets introduced and puts everything into question. It still isn’t known exactly what purpose he serves for the story; is he a god, are all the games happening inside his mind, or is he a character that doesn’t matter at all?
For someone being able to give us so many questions with so few scenes, Yozora deserves more screen time than he’s had. A small but significant appearance in Fortnite with the rest of the gang would put a deserved spotlight on him, letting us continue to wonder what his role in the story is.

1Sora
The Obvious Pick
Seeing Sora make it into a new series wouldn’t be the first time, since he has already made it as the final character of Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Yet this time he would make it only as a cosmetic, although the idea of a Keyblade as a temporary weapon is still on the table.
If, for some reason, only one character from Kingdom Hearts makes it to Fortnite, Sora will be that character. He is the main character in most titles of the series after all, withhis iconic appearancebeing as representative of the saga as the logo or a Keyblade could ever be.
