Summary

Typically when you beatElden Ring, you’re rewarded with the huge sense of achievement that comes with persevering with the game for so long.

When Kai Cenat beat his run of the game, he got that too, with thousands of fans tuning in to watch. However, his feat just got the attention of the team behind the game too, as they’ve sent the streamer a huge congratulatory gift to mark the occasion.

Kai Cenat Reveals His Malenia Statue On Strea

In thefull stream, you can see that the devs had to send it over to him in parts - since the entire statue would be pretty hard to package at once. This meant he got to swing Malenia’s sword around, at least, as I’m sure many of us would do given the opportunity. Unfortunately, the helmet arrived broken - because of course Malenia is still creating issues, even after she’s defeated.

This all comes afterCenat beat Elden Ring live on stream. It took him 166 hours and 1,701 deaths, but he did it. This was after hestruggled so much against The Tree Sentinelthat he was reduced to tears, but he’s far from the first player that’s happened to.

As for Malenia, she made up 432 of the 1,701 deaths - just over a quarter of all of his deaths throughout the run. Despite this, Cenat was hyped to receive the statue, even if it would remind him of that boss he spent 33 hours trying to take down.

We’ll have to wait and see if Cenat picks up Elden Ring again for the DLC, Shadow of the Erdtree. This is set to launch on June 21, so we’re just under a week away from returning toFromSoftware’s latest hit.

To access the area that triggers the DLC, you’ll have to have beaten Shardbearer Mohg. As we’ve previously reported, achievement stats indicate thata whole lot of players are not ready, and have some grinding to do if they want to play Shadow of the Erdtree at launch.
