Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’sthird season brought with it an entirely new category of mastery camo for players to earn. Named weapon prestige camos, these animated skins give all player types a new way to flex their mastery over a particular weapon they enjoy using. You don’t need to complete any strange challenges or play a certain game type to earn these.

So long as you use the weapon, you will eventually unlock a weapon prestige camo for it. These camos don’t take long to earn, and they look absolutely incredible on most weapons, arguably better than the game’s mastery camos. This short guide will explain what weapon prestige camos are, how to unlock them, and showcase all the weapon prestige camos you’re able to currently earn.
