The entire purpose of your existence inLethal Companyis to journey to different moons in pursuit of scrap for the mysterious company you’re employed by. All the ones you can visit are listed in the directory in your ship’s terminal – or are they?

It seems that some of the moons are hidden by former company employees, quite possibly on purpose, due to the danger they pose, but there are hints left out there for those curious enough to find them. One of these lost moons is known as Artifice, and we’ll show you exactly how to reach this eerie, condemned moon.

While the Inaccessible Warehouse does have an open door at the back, it willalways be blocked by a rock, no matter the terrain generation.

Besides the largest buildings, you can alsofind a small shackon theeastern side of the moonwith ahole in the wallthat you can go through by crouching. Use this tocircle back around to your ship.

How To Find Artifice’s Entrance And Fire Exit

Theentrance to Artfice’s main complexis directlynorth of the landing zone, and you can almost see it from where your ship lands. There’s a relatively short path between it and the entrance, where you’ll pass by the warehouses.

At nighttime, you canuse the two large lights on the front of the complex as a landmarkfor where the building is and as an extra light source.

Despite the large complex size, itsFire Exit isn’t hidden, and you’re able to find it on theright side of the main complex buildingif you’re facing the entrance.

If theweather condition is Flooded, both themain entrance and the Fire Exit can be quickly covered upwith water, but themain entrance will be saferdue to the slightly higher elevation.

Most Common Enemies Inside Artifice’s Complex

While theinside of Artifice’s complex is dangerous, it has a prettyeven spawn rate for all the entitiesinside. You’llprimarily see the Mansionas its interior, though theFactory interiordoes still have around a23 percent chance of appearing.

Inside The Complex

There are atotal of 14 entities that can spawn insidethe complex, andmost of them share the exact same spawn rateof around eight percent.

Mask Hornets aredirectly related to the Butlerand only spawn once it’s killed, so theirspawn rate is dependent on if any Butlers spawnor not.

Since the spawn rates are so even, you’ll need to be prepared for anything, and it’s worth it to have astockpile of equipmentyou can pull from in case you die or need to distract one of the many enemies.

Because of thehigh Hazard Level, many enemies can spawn insidethe complex, butnot as many as other high-danger moonslike Dine or Titan.

Overall, you’ll want towatch out for the Bracken,Nutcracker, Thumper, andJester the most, though having even asingle Coil-Head can make evading other entities difficult, and theMansion interiormeans most of theentitieshave a better chance at sneaking up on you.

TheButler can be an issue if you’re running soloas they’ll be muchmore aggressiveand killing them spawns the unkillable Mask Hornets.

Most Common Enemies On Artifice’s Surface

Outside the complex, you’llmainly run into the uniqueOld Bird entity, thoughother entitieslike the Earth Leviathan canspawn at a low chance.

Old Birds will alwaysspawn at their locationas soon as youload onto the moon, but they willstay in an inactive state until triggeredby one of two means: once3PM has passedon the world orsomeone has removed an Apparatus.

Unlike other hard moons like Rend, you’ll beable to find daytime entitiessuch as Manticoils andCircuit Beesat normal spawn rates.

Aminimum of three Old Birdscan spawn andup to a maximum of 20if theweather conditionis Eclipsed, and it’sinevitable they’ll activateat some point, so theoutside of Artifice is arguably more dangerousthan inside.

Because of this, you’ll want tomake as much use of the warehouses as possiblewhen leaving or entering the complex past 3PM.

Make sure tocheck the warehouses before 3PMas it’s possible forOld Birds tospawn inside themeven if the doors are shut.

The variousrooms can be used as hiding places, and it’s also possible totrap entities inside themby goinginto the warehouse, leading an entity to a secondary exit, thenleaving through another exit, and finally running around to the front touse the switch and close the doors.
