The Realm of Shadow is the new map you’ll be exploring when you start your new adventure inElden Ring, and it’s bigger than you might think. There are many different regions to explore, multiple dungeons to discover, new items and weapons to find, and just more of the Elden Ring experience, which is exactly what Shadow of the Erdtree is here for.
Reaching many of these locations is not always clear. While you might stumble across some naturally by exploring the game, there are others you might see on your map but just don’t know how to reach. That’s exactly the situation with Cerulean Coast.
How To Reach The Cerulean Coast
Cerulean Coastis located in thesouthwestern part of the map, and it’s a bit tricky to reach as you need to make a significant detour, like many locations in the Realm of Shadow. First things first, you need toprogress northeast and cross the bridgethat leads to Castle Ensis and theCastle Front Site of Graceat the entrance.
From that Site of Grace,progress southeastuntil you reacha small poison swamp area. Head north, then west, until you spota small cave entrance. Go through the cave, and you will eventually reach a Site of Grace, so make sure to activate it.
From here, exit the cave andmake your way south,navigating using the series of rock columns. Be careful, as falling might lead to your death. Keep progressing ahead, following the waterfall south, and you will eventually reach another Site of Grace.
Nowuse the platforms to your right to descend further. As you reach the ground, progress ahead, and shortly after,there will be a path to your rightwhere you will spotblue flowers. Continue, and you will reach Cerulean Coast.
This whole area is optional, but there are multiple items to grab, bosses to defeat, and even secret NPCs to find here. So, explore it thoroughly.
