Once you’ve covered the essential needs of your people, you can move toward expanding your settlement and raising livestock.

Manor Lords allows you to raise all kinds of farm animals, like goats, horses, oxen, and sheep, each of which serves a different purpose in the game. Sheep are one of the most important animals in Manor Lords as they’re yourbasic source of Clothing– a key requirement forupgrading Burgage Plots.

How To Get Sheep In Manor Lords

Getting Sheep in Manor Lords isn’t that simple; you will needat least three unassigned familiesand have to build three essential structures: theLivestock Trading Post, aSheep Farm, andPasture.

Livestock Trading Post

Similar to other animals, you can purchase Sheep through the Livestock Trading Post. To build this structure, open theConstructionmenu, navigate toTrading,and select theLivestock Trading Post.It will cost youtwo Timberto build this establishment.

Once the structure is built, you will need to permanentlyassign one family to the Livestock Trading Postto manage the trades. Next, you can finally order some sheep for your village. To do so, follow the steps below.

Sheep Farm And Pasture

While waiting for your Sheep to be delivered, you’ll need to construct aSheep Farmand aPastureto house them. Both of these structures can be built through theFarmingtab in theConstructionmenu.

Pastures provide grazing grounds for sheep, allowing them to produceWool. Without a fenced Pasture, your sheep would wander off and disappear. A Pasture works in tandem with the Sheep Farm whereanassigned familywill manage the sheep, harvest their wool, and deliver it to the local market.
