Just like real people, happy villagers in Manor Lords are more productive and content. However, once youupgrade your burgage plotsto Level 3, the families within start complaining about a lack of entertainment. The lack of entertainment can negatively affect your village’s approval rating and bring down productivity. Read on to learn how you can resolve this issue.

How To Fix Lack Of Entertainment

To fix a lack of entertainment in your village, you simply need to build a Tavern andassign a family to itto produce a steady supply of Ale. A Tavern costsfive logs and can be built from the Residential tab in the Construction menu.

You only need one Tavern per settlement. verify to place it near the upgraded Burgage plots so that the villagers who need to grab a beer don’t need to travel far.

Once you’ve built a Tavern, you need to ensure asteady supply of Aleto keep your villagers entertained. There are two ways to do this.

Make Your Own Ale

While making your own Ale requires a lot of investment initially, it pays off in the long run. To get started, you need to build aMalthouseand have a thrivingBarley farm. Assign workers to Malthouse to efficiently process Barley into Malt.

Next, build aBreweryin thebackyard extension of a Level 2 Burgage Plotand assign a family toconvert Malt intoAle. The workers from the Tavern will take the Ale from the Brewery (or the Granary) and serve it to the villagers.

Make sure you have at least four to five unassigned workers to maintain the Ale production. Keep in mind that the family working at the Brewery cannot be assigned to any other jobs.

Import Barley Or Ale

If you have enough Regional Wealth, you canimport Ale or Barleythrough the Trading Post.While this is not a viable strategy, it’s a quick way to get your villagers some Ale quickly and keep them happy in the short term. Itcan be quite expensive, which is why you should consider building a Malthouse.
