The Epic Games Store has become known for its frequent sales and giveaways of free items inFortniteto help celebrate these special occasions. This Mega sale is no different from previous ones in that Epic Games is giving away two free items to those who claim them on the platform.
The two new items for this Epic Games Mega sale are the Codeshear Cloak Back Bling and Grindspeed Wrap included in the ‘Overclocked Combo Pack.’ This is a free combo pack, and you may claim it by logging into your Epic Games account connected to Fortnite before clicking on the pack to redeem it.
How To Claim Fortnite’s Overclocked Combo Pack For Free
Whether you’re logged in through the Epic Games Store launcher or the website, you cannavigate to the giveaway section at the top of the website, where it will list all the free giveaways. However, you can alsogo to Fortnite’s pageon the Epic Games Store andclick the ‘Add-Ons’ sectionat the top.
The Overclocked Combo pack will no longer be available after July 18, 2025.
No matter which option you go through, you’ll be redirected to the DLC page for Fortnite, showing the ‘Overclocked Combo’ pack on sale for free. To claim it, you’ll need toclick on the pack’s store listingand thenclick ‘Get’ to begin redeemingit. Continuethrough the ‘purchase’ screenlike you would for any item.
The next time you log in to Fortnite, you should receive a notification thatyour ‘purchased’ items have been redeemedfor your account and you’ll have access to the Codeshear Cloak Back Bling and Grindspeed Wrap. If you haven’t received a notification after a few hours, it may be wise toensure you redeemed the packon the right account.
In periods where Epic Games services are in high use, it’s common for redeemed items to be sent out shortly after they were claimed.
Youmust be signed in to an Epic Games accountlinked to the Fortnite account you want the item redeemed to, otherwiseit will go to whatever account is signed in. If you want to claim the pack for a console account, you’ll need to ensure it’sconnected to an Epic Games account first, then claim it on the website.
