InWorld of Warcraft: Dragonflight’s season four, besides stronger gear, awakened raids, and story continuations, never-before-seen mounts and achievements appeared on the Dragon Isles. Four of these mounts are tied to a quartet of achievements based on each of the four Dragon Isles leveling zones. These achievements are all meta-achievements, meaning that a number of smaller achievements being completed fills out and completes a meta-achievement.
The Bestowed Ottuk Vanguard mount is one of these four mounts tied to a meta-achievement. To get this mount, you will need to complete the Flight Club meta-achievement, which is done by aiding the various efforts of the Valdrakken Accord faction throughout the Dragon Isles.
The Flight Club Meta-Achievement
The Flight Club meta-achievement is made up of eleven smaller achievements in total. These include ones relating to the Siege on Dragonbane Keep, the Obsidian Citadel, the Little Scales Daycare, and exploring the zone of Thaldraszus.

The Dragonbane Keep Achievements
Three of these achievements require you toaid the black dragonkin of the Obsidian Outcastsin retaking their home from the Qalashi djaradin. This home is, of course,Dragonbane Keep in the southwestern reaches of the Waking Shores.
To participate in this recurring event, you must be at least at renown level 5 with the Valdrakken Accord.
The Siege on Dragonbane Keep happens once every two hours.
Siege On Dragonbane Keep: Chiseled Record
TheSiege on Dragonbane Keep: Chiseled Recordachievement requires you tofind three djaradin tablets, which have been scattered around the grounds of the keep. Luckily, it seems this achievement doesn’t require the siege to be active in order to complete it.
Siege On Dragonbane Keep: Home Sweet Home
This achievement,Siege on Dragonbane Keep: Home Sweet Home, simply requires you tocomplete the Siege on Dragonbane Keep scenario.
Siege On Dragonbane Keep: Snack Attack
For this achievement, you will need tofeed the Obsidian Outcasts' hornswog, named Beef, 20 of the magma slugsfound around the path to the keep.
This can only be done during the first stage of the Siege on Dragonbane Keep scenario, as Beef only accepts these snacks when he is bringing the Outcasts' wagon to the keep’s entrance.
The Obsidian Citadel Achievements
There are also three achievements related to theBlack Dragonflight’s capital, the Obsidian Citadel in the Waking Shores. At the citadel, the Black Dragonflight, here led by Wrathion and Sabellian, needs your help in combatting the Qalashi tribe of djaradin as well.
This group of achievements involves completing repeatable quests.
I’m Playing All Sides
This achievement is completed byhanding in an Obsidian Key item to four different characters, at least once for each of them. These are items looted from the mobs throughout the Obsidian Citadel.
They can be handed in to the two black dragons vying for the position of Aspect of their flight,Wrathion and Sabellian, as well as their black drakonid ally,Forgemaster Bazentus, and the renegade Worldbreakers' herald, the black dragonspawnIgys the Believer.
Obsidian Champion
The Obsidian Champion achievement requires you tocomplete four different scenariosthat can occur in and around the Obsidian Citadel. These are: Forging the Answer, Breaking the World, Death’s Shadow, and Clearing the Vault.
Obsidian Keymaster
For theObsidian Keymasterachievement, you only need tohand in a grand total of 30 Obsidian Keys to the four individuals scattered throughout the Obsidian Citadel. These individuals being the same ones needed for the I’m Playing All Sides achievement; Wrathion, Sabellian, Bazentus, and Igys.
The Little Scales Daycare Achievements
The next set of achievements can be completed ona floating island on thewest side of Valdrakken, connected by a bridge to the mainland. Here, you will find theLittle Scales Daycare, which is where you will aid the caretakers of the Valdrakken Accord and their young charges.
These achievements are all completed through meeting and befriending each dragon whelp sent here, and doing their quests.
Daycare Derby
The Daycare Derby achievement is achieved throughcompleting five daily quests involving racing. Each of these quests involves one of the five dragon whelps you will look after during your time at the daycare.
These quests are:Runaway Rusziona, Zhoomsa, Blistering Belastrasza, Zaleth on the Go, and Pole Position Posidriss.
Completing this achievement also awards you with the Whelps on Strings toy.
Hey Nanny Nanny
To complete the Hey Nanny Nanny achievement, you willneed to hatch and care for each of the five whelps at the daycare. After befriending them and making them feel at home, the whelps' (Rusziona, Zhusadormu, Belastrasza, Zalethgos, and Posidriss) caretakers will award you with the Whelptender title.
Whelp, There It Is
Whelp, There It Is requires you tocomplete a selection of daily quests found at the Little Scales Daycareat least once. These include the racing quests required for the Daycare Derby achievement (Runaway Rusziona, Zhoomsa, Blistering Belastrasza, Zaleth on the Go, and Pole Position Posidriss), as well as others.
The others are: A Wealth of Whelp Snacks, Hoard Behavior, Off The Page, Dignified Disguises, Cozy Camouflage, Obsidian Obfuscation, Eternal Escapades, Scanning the Stacks, Fowl Runic Scribblings, Arts and Crafts and Baths, and Appetizing Aftermath.
Completing this achievement will also award you with the Axel battle pet.
The Thaldraszus Exploration Achievements
The final two achievements needed to complete Flight Club and obtain your Bestowed Ottuk Vanguard Mount can be achieved in theopen air of the Thaldraszus zone.
This set of achievements isnot tied to any quests or events, and can instead be completed at your own leisure by finding treasures and vignettes.
Adventurer Of Thaldraszus
For this achievement,you must seek out and defeat ten of the 22 special encountersand rare mobs of Thaldraszus. They can be found throughout the zone, and they are:
Treasures Of Thaldraszus
Treasures of Thaldraszus is similar to the Adventurer of Thaldraszus achievement, in the way that the treasures you need to seek out are scattered around the zone. Luckily, instead of finding ten special encounters, Treasures of Thaldraszus simplyrequires you to find six treasures. These treasures are:
