Rover is the main character ofWuthering Waves, and she is a sword user. As of now, Rover can be changed into two attributes; Spectro and Havoc. The ascension materials needed for each of these attributes are the same and character level can be carried over while switching attributes.
Ascending Rover is worth it because she is a 5-star character and lives up to it. Havoc Rover is also touted as one of the best-dps in the game. Rover’s early ascension materials can be acquired by simply playing the main story quests and to advance her level past 60, you must collect Sonance Caskets and deliver them to the relic merchant in Jinzhou.

Where To Find Mysterious Codes?
Two Mysterious Codes can be obtained from simplycompleting the main story quests. To get the remaining three that are needed for ascending your Rover up to level 90,you must farm Sonance caskets.

Pecok flowers can be easily obtained from theShifang Pharmacyshop in Jinzhou. You can buy up to15 Pecok flowersfrom this merchant and this shop will reset weekly, but if you are in urgent need of them, you can get Pecok flowers fromTaoyuan Ville.
