The Star Wars update to Lego Fortnite brought with it many new features and resources to your world that can help you not only navigate the new content, but also enrich your gameplay in general. One of the new resources you can collect for crafting and building is called Plastoid.

How To Get Plastoid
There aretwo primary methodsof obtaining Plastoid in Lego Fortnite:
As you explore your world, you’ll come acrossrandom groups of Stormtroopers to fight. Or, you’re able to go looking for the fight, and use theMacrobinocularsto find Empire outposts. Either way, fighting and defeating Stormtroopers is one of the main ways of getting Plastoid.
The Troopers will usually drop one Plastoid each, so you’ll need to take several groups of Stormtroopers to get enough Plastoid to build with.
Another (and probably better) way to get Plastoid is bydestroying certain structuresyou find at Rebel or Empire outposts. While you may also find Durasteel and Scrap Durasteel this way (which you’ll also need plenty of), the structures thatdrop Plastoid will give you ten each.
Aside from the two main ways of getting Plastoid, you may alsofind this resource in chestsaround the map, so be sure to check any chest you come across on your adventure!
What Can You Build With Plastoid?
Plastoid is used for a variety of recipes forbuild structures, weapons, and more. In fact, many of these recipes won’t appear as an option until you get your first piece of Plastoid.
As you upgrade your Rebel Outpost village, you’ll receive more build recipes, many of whichwill need Plastoidas well.
