Once you spawn in one of the humongous provinces ofPax Deiand explore around even a bit, you’ll quickly realize that the combat isn’t going to be easy, especially if you’re playing solo. With beginner gear, even the least lethal enemies like the boars can end up defeating you.
This makes it extremely important to climb the ladder of tiers in the game and start making high-level weapons and armor. The most important structure you’ll need while trying to do this is the Basic Forge, and here’s how you can build it.

How To Make Iron Anvil Head
To get yourself a Basic Forge, you’ll first have tocreate an Iron Anvil Head. If you’ve just started playing the game, there are quite a few steps involved in this:
Iron Anvil Head (requires Basic Furnace)
When you read the Iron Anvil Head’s description, it mentions that you canuse the item to make an Iron Anvil.
However, the Iron Anvil equivalent of the game is actually the Basic Forge.
How To Make Basic Forge
Once you have the Iron Anvil Head crafted, you’ll still need to go through acouple more steps to get the Forge ready, and you’ll need the Basic Blacksmith Workbench for it:
