InV Rising, the Gloomrot region of the map is full of lifeless abominations, mutants, and technicians who use electrical and fire weapons. While the new enemy types and the region pose a greater threat to the vampires that roam these lands, there are also rare materials to acquire.
The sludge-filled canister is an important in-game item for the end-game content. Wielding higher-level equipment is the only way to increase your vampire’s gear level and defeat powerful V Blood bosses. This guide explains how to get the sludge-filled canister and where to use them in the game.
How To Get Sludge-Filled Canister
Acquiring thesludge-filled canister requires you to build a Fabricatorcontaining the recipe.
Unlocking theFabricator station requires beating Ziva the Engineer, a level 60 boss in the game. She can befound on the east side of the Gloomrotmap inside theTrancendum Machine Factory.
You will need thefollowing resources to build a Fabricator stationback at your vampire castle:
Crafting Sludge-Filled Canister
After crafting the Fabricator, thefirst recipe in this structure will be the sludge-filled canister. You can craft this if you have the following items:
Theiron ingot is obtained after you collect the iron oreand use the Furnace to smelt it. Therecipe will initially be lockedin the Furnace. However, once youbeat Quincey the Bandit King, therecipe unlocks.
Themutant grease is abundant in the South Gloomrot. You will need tobeat the mutated enemies, and they have ahigh chance of droppingmutant grease.
Afterbeating Grethel the Glassblower, you unlock therecipe to make glassin the Furnaceusing the Quartz item.
If the crafting path is too much for you,visit the Quartz Quarry, locatednorthwest of Dunley Farmlands. This place can easilygive you many glass itemsto complete the sludge-filled canister recipe.
Where To Use Sludge-Filled Canister
One of the best usesof the sludge-filled canister is incrafting Radium Alloy. Since leveling up requires equipping higher gear, theRadium Alloygives you that byrepairing the shattered weapons at the Ancestral Forge.
BeatingZiva the Engineeralso unlocks the crafting recipe for Radium Alloy, so you do not have to go the extra mile for this item. However, you will need the following items tomake one Radium Alloyin the game:
