There are several new creatures and coworkers to discover as you explore the facility inAbiotic Factor, with many of the monsters looking to cause you harm. However, there’s one creature that wanders the facility looking for food or new friends among the coworkers, and the community has named it Jerome.

While it’s unclear when it first appeared, it could be a constant feature around your camp once it spawns into the world. However, you won’t be able to see the infamous Coworker unless you may be in more general areas at night and have the opportunity to look around in the darkness.

The player character aims a flashlight at the Coworker, who is crawling towards the player in the central plaza.

As long as you’re holding food, you’re able to feed it to the Coworker bypressing the prompted buttonwhen you get close. He will take any food item you’re holding, but won’t eat the same item twice in a row in one night.

Once you’vefed him three times, he will drop some form of office supplies and then scurry off in a hurry faster than you may keep up with him. Satiated for the night, he won’t reappear until the power has cycled on and off again, at a minimum.
