As you progress through the content ofWuthering Waves, you’ll quickly realize that exploration is at the core of the game. Not only will you get a lot of Astrites by exploring the world, but you’ll also find various quests that can give you a ton of Union EXP.
When The Moonlight Shines In The Forest is one of these quests. While this quest is on the shorter end, it might still take you a while to finish it since you have to find four moons in some specific locations. Here’s how you’re able to easily get them!
Where To Get All The Moons
Once you talk to the researcher and take this quest, you can track it from the quest menu. This is important as itmarks the general location of all four moonswith a blue marker on the map. Two moons can be found on the northern side of the Great Banyan, one to the east, and one to the south.
For this article, we’ll consider the moon closer to the Great Banyan on the north to be the first one, the southern moon as second, theeastern moon as third, and the second northern moon as the fourth. With that in mind, here are all their locations:
1
Behind a waterfall’s cascading slide
This is likely the hardest moon to find out of all four. To get it, teleport to the beacon to the north of Great Banyan, whichwill take you directly to the waterfall in question.
In this area, you essentially have to go through the waterfall asthere’s a cave behind it in the middle section. Defeat the bear and claim your moon.
2
In a cave where dry branches sway
Teleport to the southern beacon and you can glide to this moon. It’s on the lower section, so you have to jump down as soon as you see a drop.
3
Perched upon a tree stump’s crest
When you get to the area for this moon, you’ll see agiant tree beside some researcher tents. Climb the tree and you’ll find it in the middle.
4
At the moon pool’s alluring home
Finally, this moon can be found as youfollow the waters from the first moon towards the north. You’ll have to get past another waterfall to find it at the top.
Once you finish this quest after submitting all the moons,an epilogue will start the next day. Make sure you head back and finish it!
