Doors and window shutters are essential to completing your builds. Without them, you just have a couple of walls, and your home won’t feel as cozy or secure. How To Get Doors
As with most recipes in the game, you have to progress certain skills and find new materials to actually advance in crafting. You don’t need a high Carpentry skill level to unlock doors. What you actually need is todiscover Iron Hinges for the first time.
Iron Hinges are crafted at theBasic Blacksmith Workbench using one Iron Sheet and six Iron Nails.
you may craft a Basic Blacksmith Workbench by crafting the Basic Blacksmithing Tools at the Basic Carpenters Bench.
Crafting Iron Hinges means that you have Iron Ingots and Iron Bars. You have to have a Basic Furnace, 80 Charcoal, and 40 Impure Iron Ore to smelt Iron Ingots.Iron Ingots can then be taken to a Stone Anvil and turned into iron materialssuch as nails.

How To Get Window Shutters
Discovering Iron Hinges will also unlock Square Shutters. These red-colored shutters can be crafted at the Basic Carpenters Bench, the same as other decorative items in the game. You canunlock more colorful and unique shuttersas you progress in the game.

As the game currently stands, there areno other doors you’re able to unlock. There are, however, blue shutters and rounded shutters you can unlock. Other shutters can be unlocked by discovering Wrought Iron Nails and reaching Carpentry skill level 16.
