Oswald the Lucky Rabbit is a character that you’ll encounter from the A Rift In Time Expansion Pass, and his friendship quests bring a bit of whimsical mischief to Eternity Isle. He can be a bit restless, but he has a good heart and an uncanny lucky streak when it comes to competitions.
How To Unlock The A Cockamamie Contest Friendship Quest
To unlock this quest, you’ll need toreach level sevenfriendship withOswald the Lucky Rabbit. He’s feeling plucky, sospeak with Oswaldto find out what he wants to do today.
Oswald wants totake on a challenge, but first, he needs a bit of help getting ready.
How To Revulcanize Oswald
Oswald’s raring to go, but he needs torevulcanize his limbs. To do that, he needs you tocook him an extra hot meal. He asks forTandoori Chicken and five Chili Peppers.

Once you have all the food,bring it to Oswaldso he can regain his strength. Then, to commemorate the moment, Oswald asks you totake a photo. Afterwards, use your Royal Watering Can toput out the black and white firesin his house.

How To Complete Contest Challenges
There arethree contests that Oswald wantsto set up, and they branch off intothree smaller quests. Each one must be completed before you can progress any further with the quest.
You’ll need totalk to EVE, Rapunzel, and Gastonto access these challenges and get started.
Rapunzel’s Challenge
Talk to Rapunzelto start this challenge. She wants to practice her painting skills and asks you tobring her three colorful mealsto study. You’ll need to cook the following to show her:
Ruby Masoor Dal
Check in with Oswaldto see what he’s made beforebringing the final dishes to Rapunzel. She’ll evaluate the dishes and declare a winner, wrapping up this quest.
Gaston’s Challenge
To no surprise, Gaston wants to see atest of strength. Talk to him to get the specifics: you need tobreak three Copper Rocks and three Glass Stalagmitesaround Eternity Isle to prove your prowess.
Once you’ve done that,talk with Oswaldto see how he’s doing. He’s leftfour gaping holes in the Borderlandsfor you to fill in, so do that quickly before anyone trips over them!
Then,report back to Gastonto see who won the challenge and complete this quest.
Eve’s Challenge
EVE’s challenge involvesfinding gems for WALL-E. You’ll need to gatherfive of each gem.Below is a table of where each gem can be collected:

Check with Oswald to see what gems he’s collected, thenhand them all over to EVEto be evaluated. She’ll declare a winner and end the quest.
Oswald’s Race
Once you’ve completed each challenge,return to Oswaldto talk about his performance. It’s lacking to say the least, but there’s one more challenge he has in mind.Follow him to the beginning of the racecourse he’s set up.
You’ll start right outside Chez Remy on Eternity Isle, at the bridge that leads to the divide between the Glittering Dunes and the Wild Tangle. There areeight checkpoints to hitbefore the finish line in the Cave of Wonders.
When you’re ready,talk to Oswaldto start the race. The checkpoints are as follows:
When you get there,Oswald has already arrived. There’s a cartoon hole next to him, soask how he managed to beat youin the race. He’ll explain what happened and conclude the quest. You’ll berewarded with additional friendship pointsfor your efforts!
