Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3’sthird season has released a new Aftermarket Part this week, allowing players to convert the AMR9 SMG into a five-round burst rifle. It’s quite effective up close, but getting the most out of this weapon will require the right build.
If you’re interested in unlocking this attachment, you’ll need to complete any five of this week’s challenges. They can be from Multiplayer, Warzone, MWZ, or a mix of the three. This short guide will explain how the JAK Atlas Kit works, and we’ll give tips on how to complete each challenge as quickly as possible.
Week 6 Challenge Reward
Completing any five of this week’s challenges will unlock theJAK Atlas Kit forthe AMR9.This converts the weapon into a five-round burst weapon chambered in 5.56 NATO ammunition. The weapon dealsslightly less damage and fires slower, but it receives slightly more base range and a minor reduction in recoil.
A single burst is capable of killing an opponent if they’re within 15 meters, giving this weapon a fairly short TTK. However, should you miss a single bullet or fight an opponent outside that distance, you’ll need at least two bursts to kill the target, drastically hurting the weapon’s TTK. Overall, the JAK Atlas Kit is fairly mediocre and not worth using in core Multiplayer,MWZ, or Warzone.

Get 200 kills with a recommended Pack-A-Punched SMG in the High Threat Zone.
In Warzone, perform a squad assemble 5 times.
In Warzone Rebirth Island, open 20 loot caches in the northwest region (Dock, Control Center).
In Warzone Rebirth Island, open 20 loot caches in the southeast region (Stronghold, Living Quarters).
In Warzone, complete 15 Contracts.
In Warzone Rebirth Island, open 20 loot caches in the northeast region (Bioweapons Industries, Harbor, Chemical Eng.).
