Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3has brought back the infamous Model 1887s this week, and they’re just as strong as veteran CoD players remember. By completing any five of this week’s challenges, you’ll be able to convert the Lockwood MK2 into this fan-favorite weapon.
This guide will showcase how the JAK Wardens Kit works, and we’ll cover how to complete every challenge released this week. Remember: you only need to complete five of this week’s challenges to unlock the attachment. Core multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone all count.
Week 5 Challenge Reward
After you complete any five of this week’s challenges, you’ll unlock theJAK Warden conversion kit for the Lockwood MK2, the lever-action marksman rifle from last year’s MW2. The weapon is anakimbo, lever-action shotgunthat functionsexactlylike the Model 1887s from Modern Warfare 2 2009.
At the time of writing, this gun’s hipfire accuracy is broken.If you run twohipfire attachments, notably the Verdant Hook laser and Crown Breaker Choke, the gun’sbase hipfire accuracy is 0°.you may one-hit kill someone from roughly 12 meters. Throw on Ball ammo, and you can snipe enemies from 50+ meters. We expect it to get nerfed fairly soon, but until it does, this gun is nothing short of S-tier for Multiplayer.

Land 200 critical kills with a recommended marksman rifle.
Get 10 kills without taking damage with a recommended marksman rifle 30 times.
Get 150 critical kills with a recommended shotgun while Deadshot Daiquiri is active.
In Warzone, open 50 loot caches.
In Warzone Rebirth Island, get 10 kills in the northwest region (Dock, Control Center).
In Warzone Rebirth Island, get 10 kills in the southeast region (Stronghold, Living Quarters).
In Warzone, revive a teammate 10 times.
In Warzone Rebirth Island, get 10 kills in the northeast region (Bioweapons Industries, Harbor, Chemical Eng.).
In Warzone Rebirth Island, get 10 kills in the center region (Prison Headquarters, Factory).
