After losing Grum County to Dux Aldric inEiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, Nowa and various other members will retreat to Abandoned Mine and start the creation of The Alliance there. Once you get a few allies recruited, you’ll head over to Euchrisse to ask for some help against the antagonist.
You’ll also meet back up with Perrielle in this area, but the journey forward won’t be quite as easy as you thought. After progressing Euchrisse’s story a little, you’ll have to go past Hishahn Old Town to get some dirt on one of the closest people to the king.
How To Get Past Hishahn Old Town
While Melridge makes it clear that Hishahn Old Town is the only way to achieve your goal in Euchrisse,your way forward will be blocked after you progress a little here. Firstly, you’ll have to push a barrel to the left side and use it to get to the other side. However,you’ll also need to recruit Carrieif you want to go any further.
Once recruited, there will be a small cutscene with Carrie inside Hishahn Old Town and you’ll be able to get to the other side. After getting here,move upward until you can turn left to the path right beside a yellow chest. Here, you can push another barrel and keep going forward.
You’ll need quite a few specific steps if you want to get past the final puzzle in this area. Firstly, head down, left, and back all the way up. You’ll see another barrel that you can push down here,but you won’t be jumping on it from this position. After pushing it down, head down and take the middle left.
As you go forward,you’ll see the second barrel sitting in the secluded area above. Push it down as well and then go a little more to the left. Once both the barrels align, you’ll be able touse the rubble part to jump over to the wooden boards ahead. Follow this path until you can push another barrel down.
After pushing it down once, you’ll have to take the same path back andthen push the barrel again to the left.
The path is quite straightforward after this portion, and you can simply use the minimap to get to the end. However,you’ll need to defeat the Pagurian boss on your way.
How To Defeat Pagurian
Pagurian is one of the few multi-target bosses in the game, which already makes them alittle more difficult if you mostly have single-target characters in your team. The multi-target aspect comes in the form of a gimmick where you can attack both the smaller Pagurian in front of the main boss.
After dealing enough damage, these small creatures will go under the water for a bit, immobilizing the boss. you’re able to take this time todeal as much damage to it as possible while also avoiding a ton of damage. It’s highly recommended to have characters that can attack both the front and back lines at the same time for this battle.
Pagurian is a water creature, so you’ll deal alot more damage to them if you’re using a mage with Earth magic.
Ideally, you’d want at least one character who can dealsignificant Earth damage to multiple enemiesat the same time for this fight. After defeating this boss, you’ll acquire the Rune of Currents,which can be used to recruit Code L. Once the battle is over, head to the end of Hishahn Old Town to progress the story.
