The effectiveness of your watch towers is proportional to the weapons you assign to them. Changing the assigned weapons on your towers can be confusing if you’re a new player. So, here’s how you can change and assign weapons to a tower in Infection Free Zone.
How To Assign Weapons To A Tower In Infection Free Zone
When you first build a watch tower, the workers on the tower are assigned spare pistols that are available in your storage. If your HQ doesn’t have extra pistols, bows are assigned to those towers. But toincrease the effectiveness of those towers, you need to assign better weapons like assault rifles, shotguns, or sniper rifles.
Follow these steps to assign better weapons to your towers:
- If the weapon is in your squad, send it to the HQ andplace the weapon in the storage of the HQ.
2.Select the Towerwhere you want to assign weapons by clicking on it.
3.Click the weaponyou want to assign to the tower from the menu on the right.
4.Wait for the icon to turn Blue, so the workers take the weapons from the storage to the watch tower.
You can onlyassign one type of weapon to an individual tower. So ensure you have multiple copies of the assigned weapon, or you’ll get warnings for insufficient resources.
Upon completing the above steps,the weapon assigned to the watch tower will change to the weapon you desire.Also, you shouldremember to keep spare copies of the weapon equal to the number of workers on the selected tower, or else you’ll receive warnings for not having sufficient firearms.
