When you need to sell offone of your animalsin Stardew Valley, you’ll need to first make your wayover to the barnor the coopthat houses the animal you’re trying to sell. If the animals have already been let outside for the day, you’ll need to locate the animal wherever it is on your farm.

By default, you’llpet the animalfirst, a touching little farewell to your farmyard friend. After that,interact with the animal a second time, which will then bring up that animal’s individual menu. Here, you can see the number of hearts you currently have with that specific animal, their name, age, and general mood for the day.

On theright sideof this square that pops up with the information, you’ll notice a few buttons outside the text box itself. One of them is ayellow circle, and hovering over that button offers you the option to sell this particular animal.
