Summary
Roleplayers rejoice becauseFinal Fantasy 14update 7.0 finally lets you kick players from yourestate.
All you need to do is select the person you want to ban and click “Bar from Property” in the subcommand menu. You can then register them on your barred list and they won’t be able to enter for ten days.

Secondary rightsholders can also ban people from an estate, and those on their blacklist may be denied access by default. You can adjust this in the Estate Holder Rights window.
Final Fantasy 14 Update 7.0 Also Improves The Blacklist
Banning people from your estate isn’t the only new moderation tool inFinal Fantasy 14’s newest update. The blacklist tab itself has been given its own window under the Social menu and it comes with myriad improvements. Those you add to it will now be displayed as “Unknown” and any messages will also be hidden.
You will receive a notification for blacklisted messages which you can open at your discretion.
Going forward, blacklisting won’t just target that individual character but all characters associated with said player’s account. If they join your party via any of their toons, you’ll receive a system message.
Another major change to self-moderation is the new Term Filter, which lets you hide certain words from the chat log. You can register these in the Term Filter List window or select a word in the chat log directly and use the subcommand menu to hide it. You can add up to ten different words and these are saved locally, so you’ll need to re-register them if you move platforms.
The update is live right now, so you can boot the game up today and tailor your MMORPG experience (critically acclaimed, with a free trial by the way) to your own preferences better than ever.
