Watching your favorite video games get the TV and movie adaptation treatment can be pretty scary. Less so in recent years as studios appear to have cracked the formula that actually makes them good, but that also means more games are being adapted than ever so the odds of your favorite being a bad one is increased. Thankfully for usFalloutfans, Amazon nailed it, and the latest addition to the wave of other ways people can celebrate their fandom of the series has arrived in the form of some pricey power armor.

Before you get your hopes up, despite the price, this is not power armor you can wear. It’s arguably the next best thing, though. 1/6 scale action figures depicting two sets of power armor first introduced inFallout 4. The most striking of the two is the Nuka Cola action figure. The power armor set decked out in the Fallout universe’s Coca-Cola equivalent, right down to the red and white branding.

Fallout T-51 Power Armor 1:6 Scale Action Figure

The Nuka Cola figure is equipped with a laser rifle, and its magnetic points mean you can remove certain pieces of the figure’s armor and switch it for armor from other power armor figures in the threezero collection. That brings us neatly to the other Fallout action figure currently available to pre-order - the Hot Rod Shark power armor. Also introduced in Fallout 4, the armor set is mostly green with a smiling shark across the chest, just as it appears in the game. The figure comes with an assault rifle rather than a laser rifle, and both figures have interchangeable heads with LED lights inside of them.

Two of the power armor designs from Fallout 4 have been turned into these high-end 1/6 scale action figures - Nuka Cola and Hot Rod Shark. Each of them comes with a rifle, magnetic armor pieces that can be removed, and an interchangeable head to make it look like the helmet is either on or off.

Each of the figures has also been designed to look like they have been weathered by existing in a post-apocalyptic world. One of the rare instances of the price these action figures cost needing to reflect how worn out they look rather than paying more for something that looks shiny and new. The action figures are $429.99 each through the links above and will ship starting later this year. October 2024 for the Nuka Cola figures, and then January 2025 for the Hot Rod Shark armor.

If Amazon’s Fallout was your introduction to the series and you’re still playing through the games rather than spending $400 on power armor action figures, there has never been a better time to hop on the bandwagon. Every single Fallout game is available on Game Pass, or if you don’t have Game Pass you can still geta bundle that includes Fallout 3, New Vegas, and Preythrown in there for good measure for just $4.99.
