Much like any other gacha game,Honkai: Star Railfeatures various time-limited events during every update. However, the best part about this game is the existence of Conventional Memoir where you can do certain limited events at any time, albeit while getting a lot less rewards.
Clockie: Dreamjoy Memoir is one such event, and it focuses on making you edit a Clockie-based play that will help with the fixing of the giant slash left by Acheron in Clock Studios Theme Park. Here’s everything you’ll need as you help Pisce edit the film.

How To Unlock Clockie: Dreamjoy Memoir
If you’ve recently started playing Honkai: Star Rail, it will take you quite a while to even get to the Clockie: Dreamjoy Memoir event. Thisevent takes place in theClockie Studios Theme Park areaof Penacony, which you can unlock in the middle of Penacony’s story.
However, it onlystarts after you finish And on the Eighth Day quest in this area. This quest is the final act of Penacony before the Epilogue, and the event quest will begin as soon as you finish it.

Film Editing Game Mode, Explained
The Film Editing game mode is the main attraction of the Dreamjoy Memoir event, and this is where you’ll be spending most of your time. After going through the initial quest, you’ll see five different films that can be edited. However, you might have to take on some other side quests before you can edit certain ones.
During the editing phase, you’ll constantly seecards being displayed on the screen with some dice numbers at the bottom. On the top left of your screen, you’ll see the requirements you need to meet for the chapter you’re on. Each chapter has multiple acts, which essentially means the amount of scenarios you’ll face.

While you only have to go through a few acts at the start, subsequent reels willrequire you to go through a lot more.
The cards displayed during each act canalso have some specific functions. Here are a few tips to deal with them:

The main idea is to fulfill the condition on the top left foreach act without reaching zero on any of the emotions. In the beginning, the conditions will only need you to focus on one emotion. However, this will change for the final few acts where you’ll need to reach a cumulative emotion score or keep each emotion above a certain point.
For every film apart from the first one,you may have two endings: Classic and Special. You’ll first have to finish the Classic Ending and then play it again to get to the Special one. Once you finish every ending, you’ll get a total of 580 Stellar Jades among various other rewards including Credits, upgrade materials, andFor Tomorrow’s Journey Light Cone.

Most of these rewards, including the Light Cone, are time-limited. You won’t get themif you access the event through the Conventional Memoir.
Collab Advert, Explained
As you finish editing certain films, you’ll unlock Collab Advert opportunities. These can be accessed bytalking to Pisce and entering the main event area. There are three Collab Adverts in the event, and each one of them takes you to a separate minigame:
These adverts are quite small, and will give you upwards of300 Stellar Jades among other limited-time rewards.
Extra Stories, Explained
If you’re helping with a film’s direction in Honkai: Star Rail, it’sonly fair that you also get to be creative in some aspects. For the two game modes mentioned above, you have to follow a certain set of rules to get your rewards. However, Extra Stories work a little differently, which makes them quite interesting if you read the dialogue.
These stories are also unlocked after you edit specific films, and youget complete freedom to drive them any way you want. When you talk to the NPC writing each story, they’ll ask you certain questions that will change how the story turns out. The options you choose don’t have any effect on your rewards.
Since this part of the event is fairly simple, it only rewards200 Stellar Jades other than some upgrade materialsas limited-time rewards.
Anthology Game Mode, Explained
Once you edit all five films in the film editing game mode, you’ll unlock the Anthology mode, featured at the bottom of the event screen. This is essentially endless film editing whereyou can consistently keep getting acts until you fail the challengeby reaching zero on one of the emotions.
The initial target starts at 1,000, andyour score increases by 100 for each successful act. This game mode also allows you to challenge your friends andcompete against them to see who’s better at film editing. Unfortunately, the rewards you get by participating in it are quite bad.
