With Item Synthesis, you can get your hands on items, weapons, and accessories that can’t be found anywhere else. After synthesizing everything, you can even obtain Sora’s most powerful weapon. All you need to do is collect the right materials and a treasure trove of amazing items can be all yours.
How To Unlock The Item Work Shop
To Synthesize, you’ll need tounlock the Item Work Shop in Traverse Town.Open the entrance to the shop by interacting with theBlue Trinity Mark inside the Accessory Shop.You can start synthesizing bytalking with the Moogle by the fireplace.
You’ll be able to interact with Blue Trinity Mark’safter defeating the Guard Armor in Traverse Town.
Every Synthesis Recipe
Talking with the Item Work Shop Moogle will show you a list ofevery item you can currently synthesize.At first,only a few items will be availablefor synthesis. More items become availablethe more you synthesize.
Each item needs a certain number of materials before it can be crafted. Synthesis materials arefound within the red Prize Boxesdropped by Heartless.Every Heartless drops a specific materialthat can be used for synthesis.
Equip the Lucky Strike abilityto increase the odds of Heartless dropping rare items.

Fourth Wave Of Recipes
The fourth wave of synthesis recipes is availableafter crafting 15 itemsfrom the first three waves. When you reach the fourth wave of recipes, the Moogle in the Item Work Shopwill reward you with the Encounter Plus ability.This abilitycauses Heartless to respawn after leaving the room and coming back, allowing you to farm more efficiently.
