Destiny 2: The Final Shapeis arguably the largest content drop that the franchise has seen since Forsaken. A large new destination, raid, subclass, and substantial seasonal offerings will keep Guardians busy for weeks on end. Such sizable content wouldn’t feel complete without a new roster of weapons to chase, and thankfully, Bungie went above and beyond.

There are over 50 weapons to chase in The Final Shape and its accompanying Echoes episode, most of which are completely new to the franchise. Get your hands on a Legendary Witherhoard, two-round burst Pulse Rifles, Auto Rifles that fire healing rounds, and much more. This guide covers every weapon added in this expansion and showcases all trait combinations, where applicable.

Destiny 2 Final Shape New Exotics

Updated July 27, 2025, by Charles Burgar:Now that Salvation’s Edge and Echoes are out, we now have every weapon declassified in the API. We have updated this guide to include all weapons added in the Echoes episode as well as Salvation’s Edge, this expansion’s raid. We also updated our tables to alphabetize the perk options in both trait columns.

New Exotics

The Final Shape and its accompanying episode, Echoes, has a total ofseven Exotic weaponsfor Guardians to chase. Four of these weapons are already known through promotional material—Red Death, Microcosm, Still Hunt, and Khvostov—yet there are three other weapons that Bungie hasn’t officially revealed that have been uncovered in-game. We’ve tagged these Exotics as spoilers in case you want to find them yourself.

Final Shapeitself has five new Exotic weapons, three of which have been showcased in previews. Microcosm is a Trace Rifle that deals Kinetic damage and consumes Heavy ammo, obliterating enemies with the Traveler’s Light. Still Hunt is a Sniper Rifle that loads Golden Gun shots—and yes, it synergizes with Celestial Knighthawk. Finally, Khvostov is now craftable and fires ricocheting bullets every seven shots, chaining between enemies.
