There’s an optional area called the Jagged Peak Mountainside where you run a gauntlet of dragon bosses until you reach an altar. A lady–who looks like a humanoid dragon–will offer you a quest which takes you to the very top of the mountain.
Along the way, you’ll meet a defeated warrior called Igor, who will offer you his help when you reach the summit.
At the peak itself, you’ll come face to face with Bayle, a dragon who givesMidira run for his money. Should you prevail in taking down the legendary foe and return to the altar, you’ll find that the woman has dropped her heart. Equip it and you too can become a creepy lil dragon.
You Need To Get Naked To Become A Dragon In Elden Ring
As the item description says, you need to strip down to your loincloth to ‘use’ the heart (whatever that means), which will then transform you into a dragon. The only way to reverse the change is to die, but being in this form will boost your dragon-based magic.
Not only is it incredibly similar to the concept of dragon transformations from the Souls games, but it even looks near-identical to the one in Dark Souls 3, albeit with clothes on. Thankfully.
All of this is optional, so if you beat the main story of the DLC first, you may come back for thedragon questlater on (wahey).
It was one of the last areas I visited, and all of the NPCs were still hanging around, mostly healthy, offering me their goodies. This isn’t true of every quest, as in typical FromSoft fashion, rushing the story will cause some side characters to disappear or meet an untimely demise. Dragon priestess' are just built different.
