Summary
Dragon Ball Zfans can’t get enough of Super Gogeta’s iconic hand spin move appearing inSparking Zero, which was shown off in the latest trailer for the game.
We’ve had a lot of exciting trailers for Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero over the last few months (my personal favourite being the one that gave us Gohan and Beerus), but this week’sFusion-focused showcase has quickly proven itself to be one of the most popular. That’s because itfinally confirmed Gotenks, Gogeta, Kefla, and Vegito all in one go.
As great as Gotenks, Kefla, and Fused Zamasu are, the undeniable highlight of the Fused Warriors trailer was getting to see more of Gogeta and Vegito’s movesets, which are packed with references to Dragon Ball Super’s Goku Black arc and Super: Broly. There’s one moment in the trailer that has quickly become a fan favourite, though.
Gogeta Does His Little Hand Spin Thing!
While Super Saiyan Gogeta is facing off against Fused Zamasu, he does a move that will be instantly familiar to anyone who has watched Dragon Ball Super: Broly. Before delivering a powerful spinning kick and blast barrage (also from the Broly movie), Gogeta does a very unique stance where he spins his hands around in a circular motion.
Now, I’ve no idea why he does that in Super: Broly or Sparking Zero, but it’s quickly become one of the character’s coolest moves and one that a lot of people were hoping to see in the game. This much is obvious considering how many YouTubers and content creators reacted the exact same way to seeing him pull it off.
I also did the exact same thing and I feel no shame at all.
As you’re able to see in the clip from Twitter user XmDB7523, a bunch of popular Dragon Ball content creators all saw Gogeta do the iconic hand spin and then performed the move just like he does. There are a bunch of these clips floating around, but the one from XmDB7523 combines them all together in a sweet moment that shows just how close the community is.
It’s not quite on the same level asEVO crowds screaming whenever Cell did in Dragon Ball FighterZ, but maybe this is the start of something new for Sparking Zero.
